Charmantes Reihenhaus am Ende einer verkehrsberuhigten Sackstraße mit zwei separaten Ferienwohnungen - im EG inkl. sonniger Terrasse und Garten (Kaiserblick), im 1. Stock inkl. überdachtem West-Balkon (Kaiserblick hoch2). Wohlfühlen ist in den liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichteten Nichtraucher-Wohnungen quasi garantiert. Die Bushaltestelle der Wendelstein-Ringlinie sowie der Bahnhof (Strecke München-Rosenheim-Kufstein) sind in ca. 8 Gehminuten erreichbar. Durch seine verkehrsgünstige Lage zur Inntalautobahn und A8 München-Salzburg ist Brannenburg der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Chiemsee, Schliersee, Wendelstein-Zahnradbahn u.v.m.)
Die ca. 60 qm große ***-Ferienwohnung Kaiserblick in Brannenburg befindet sich im EG und ist geeignet für 2-4 Personen. Zwei getrennte Schlafräume sorgen für ausreichend Privatsphäre. Das größere Schlafzimmer (20 qm) mit Blick in den gepflegten Garten ist behaglich mit Naturholzmöbeln eingerichtet. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer (11 qm) ist modern möbliert, ein bequemes Schlafsofa (Liegefläche 1,60 x 2 m) bietet hier Platz für zwei weitere Personen bzw. Ihre Kinder. Bettwäsche ist inklusive. Das helle Tageslicht-Bad verfügt über eine Rainfall-Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Handtücher liegen bereit. Eine offene Kochnische mit anschl. Wohn-/Esszimmer (mit Kinderhochstuhl) und SAT-TV laden zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein. Vom Wohn-/Esszimmer haben Sie direkten Zugang zur eigenen Terrasse und zum Garten. Dort beginnen Sie Ihre Urlaubstage am besten mit einem ausgiebigen Frühstück auf der nach Südosten ausgerichteten Terrasse mit Blick ins Kaisergebirge. Das besondere Highlight der Ferienwohnung Kaiserblick ist der überdachte urige Freisitz im Garten. Wer mag, nutzt den vorhandenen Kugelgrill. Familienfreundlich: Damit es nie langweilig wird, finden Kinder eine große Auswahl an Spielen vor. Gäste erhalten außerdem einen kostenfreien Zugang zum W-LAN. Im Keller des Hauses stehen eigens für Gäste Waschmaschine sowie Trockner zur Verfügung, so dass die Ferienwohnung "Kaiserblick" in Brannenburg auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet ist.

Gleich vorab: Die Ferienunterkunft war spitze! Die Lage des Ortes und der Unterkunft sind ideal für einen Urlaub in den Bergen. Wir hatten an dem Aufenthalt nichts auszusetzen und können nur die Ausstattung der Wohnung loben. Die Kommunikation und Betreuung vor Ort durch die Inhaberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr nett, bis ins kleinste Detail alles da

... eine sehr schöne, sehr saubere und strukturierte Wohnung, viele liebevolle Details. Die Vermieterin meldete sich wie angekündigt sehr zuverlässig eine Woche vor Antritt der Reise zwecks Absprachen. Alles super und unkompliziert. Die verkehrsgünstige Lage ;-) hat uns nicht gestört, da wir viel auf Achse waren. Und die Berge sind auch vor der Haustür. Was will man mehr?! Herzlichen Dank nochmals Familie Steimle.

Ohne viel Worte : Alles drin, alles dran, alles da. :-) Und dazu eine sich sehr um die Zufriedenheit ihrer Gäste bemühende Vermieterin ... und eine einladende Bergwelt nur ein paar Steinwürfe von der Haustür 'entfernt' ... - was braucht und will man mehr ... ?! Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung !!
