Just Coasting - Relaxing Lakeside Retreat on Lake Norman

Just Coasting is a refreshing, waterfront retreat with all the bells and whistles! The large front porch welcomes you and your guests. As you enter the home you are greeted with a sunlit open floor plan and views that complement the homes' 140 feet of shoreline.

You are going to want to spend your days and nights in this resort-like yard. Between the oversized deck, pool and spa combo, outdoor kitchen, and dock each of your guests will find the escape they've been looking for.

*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations.
*** We cannot guarantee lake levels as they do change daily.
*** Boating experience recommend to dock a boat at this home.
***Elevator can be accessed with prior authorization
*** Pool is heated during our pool season of March 1 - October 31.

perfect week

Amazing property! location was perfect and the home was beyond expectation. We were so pleases with the ease if access and communication. we will definitely recommend. everything was perfect spa, game room, amenities, and location. the home was well stocked and everything was user friendly. we had no complaints or issues. thanks to Miles and the team, frank and kelly

College Reunion Getaway

Twelve of us Davidson alumnae rented this house in Cornelius (only about 4.5 miles from Davidson) for a five day reunion. The house was perfect. There were many comfortable bedrooms and lots of bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area could accommodate everyone. The house was well stocked with towels and dishes and cooking utensils. The views were spectacular especially the sunrises. It was a great place for a large group.
