This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 18; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The garage at this home is NOT accessible to renters. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible to renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock.

Pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.

Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
