NEWLY REMODELED SPRING 2023

Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #102 is a very spacious unit two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 1st floor of the breakers east on the beach. Reserved, covered parking space on ground level directly beneath the condo for your convenience. Spacious 30 ft balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room.

Complimentary WIFI provided. Features: Master bedroom- King size bed blackout drapes, cable TV. Second bedroom has two queen sizes beds.
Kitchen fully equipped. Full size washer and dryer in condo.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $45.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Elevator modernization has begun at Breakers East. We will be down to one operating elevator until projected completion date end of April 2024. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable, and everyone’s cooperation and understanding would be appreciated.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

Damage Protection is mandatory.

(2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs).

Perfect Beach Stay

So convenient with parking and staircase right at our door for easy access to beach. Heated pool and balcony were an added bonus. Ocean view was amazing from inside. Spacious and just perfect. We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a fantastic condo. The renovations were beautiful. Kitchen was fully stocked- only suggestion I would make is to have some more wine glasses-perhaps a bit larger than the very tiny ones provided. The ice maker was such a plus and the cocktail ice amazing. We loved the openness of the condo. Loved all the amenities and location. I did share with Erica that our condo was very clean- my only complaint was there was dog hair everywhere. We had to vacuum the condo ourselves. Thankyou again- we will be back

Great condo!

Beautiful condo! Pictures are current on site and was even nicer in person. The location was wonderful as it was just one flight down the stairs - no need to wait on the elevator. We will be back for sure!

Great location!

Property is wonderful. We had stayed in the spring with my sister and brother in law, liked it so much we went back again. Last time the dryer wasn’t working right but noticed a new dryer this stay and it worked very well. Also when we arrived this time there was no toilet paper but thinking that when they cleaned the room they had just gotten sidetracked and had forgotten to replace the empty rolls. I will say that the screens all need repaired and some painting of the actual property needs done as well, but as for our room and the property it was clean.

Beautiful updated condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautiful. The furniture is very nice and comfortable. The huge TV is amazing! The kitchen is gorgeous with up to date appliances. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms are remodeled with lots of storage space. We loved the ice maker and bar. That was a bonus! We give it a 5 star rating! We can't wait to return next year! The management company is outstanding and very professional. The electricity went out in the area and she kept us updated until it was restored. She always goes above and beyond to make the vacation perfect!
