Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #204 is a very spacious two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 2nd floor of the Breakers East building directly on the beach. Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Features: master bedroom- king size bed, 32 inch flat screen Smart TV/VCR/DVD, high-speed COX cable internet access; master bathroom remodeled with Jacuzzi tub, separate walk-in shower, & double vanity; 2nd bedroom-(2)queen size beds, bunk beds, 26 inch flat screen cable TV/DVD; living room- Samsung 55” Class CU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart Tizen TV/cable/DVD/Stereo; kitchen-fully equipped; full size washer & dryer in the condo.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $50.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

Damage Protection is mandatory.

(1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable)
or
(2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs).

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their
designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Best Beach Trip!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very nice and well organized. Very clean when we arrived! The pool was kept clean the whole time. This made our 6th stay at breakers east and we will be back.

We had an amazing vacation in Destin. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. So clean and beautiful. The view from our balcony was my favorite part. We spent many meals out there enjoying the ocean. The condo was a perfect location and served our family well for our week long stay. Would definitely stay there again!

We have been staying at the Breakers East property for a number of years and this is one of the nicer units we’ve stayed in. The furnishings were better quality- the master bath was very nice- the kitchen was well stocked with all the useful items usually needed. The drink cooler in the laundry room was very handy and a nice surprise. Overall we were very pleased with the unit and we would definitely stay there again.

Great family beach vacation!

We loved our stay! Very comfortable, clean and spacious condo. We used the fully stocked kitchen for breakfast and lunch everyday so we could enjoy the beach as much as possible.

Cute condo

Condo was great for my family this was my 2nd time staying at breakers east. We loved drinking coffee and hearing the ocean. Kitchen had enough pans to cook. The only thing i would recommend is to replace the mattress in the master bedroom its very lumpy. But otherwise i would stay again.

Great Space!

Communication was great. Property was as described! My only complaint was the floors but they weren’t bad. Everything else was super clean. They had a good amount of towels/rags which had been an issue in other properties I’ve stayed in. The extra beds in bedroom 2 were clutch for our kids. Highly recommend and would come back with my family!

Wonderful stay

Beautiful condo as pictured. Very clean and comfy. Convenient to all area attractions. No hot tub on property as described but there is a larger jetted soaker tub in the expansive master bedroom which may be what description referred to. Overall great place and would absolutely stay again.

Family vacation

This is our second trip to this location and we love the area and what the condo has to offer. Nicely furnished bedrooms and a spacious balcony to watch the sun rise and set. Our only suggestions would be to provide some plastic dinner wear for children and to furnish the kitchen with a sharp knife set. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plan on going back.

Spacious Condo - Great View

This is a well appointed unit with everything we needed for a great week in Destin. Easy access to property and parking. Wonderful, large living space and balcony with comfortable furnishings and perfect view of the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Unit was nice and clean and well furnished, actual building is tired. I think all the buildings are older in Destin. Check in process was simple and was very smooth.

Girls weekend

We had a great stay/ weekend away. Condo was nice, happy that it was 2nd floor bc elevators can be busy at check in time. The only thing is property said there was pull out bed in sofa there was none. Other wise plenty of room and blankets for everyone!! Would recommend to friends and family for a good time and nice location to everything.

This property was Great!! The stay got better when both elevators were working. The Wi-Fi was very slow but I was on vacation so it worked out. The only thing that was bothersome was the dirty floors of the Condo. Would definitely recommend to stay here!!!!

Issues

The air condition did not work. The refrigerator did not work properly, would not keep anything cold. They had to move us to another unit which was a pain to move everything out to the new unit. This was supposed to be a fun and relaxing vacation and it was just the opposite.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I were celebrating a milestone anniversary by the beach for the month of Nov. and chose Breakers East. It was a great choice. The unit is beachy chic and very cozy. It has a great view of the pool, the grilling area and the beach. We left the doors open at night to hear the waves. Everything we needed was already provided including kitchen items and appliances, washer and dryer, small second refrigerator, three tv’s, deck chairs and table, sheets, towels, large closets and even beach towels. All we needed initially was food and groceries stores are very close. The unit was very clean and located right across from the elevator and garbage chute. Carts are available to move luggage and groceries to your condo. The staff on sight was very helpful and friendly.Overall, the experience at Breakers East was wonderful and I would return.

Wonderful Start for the New Year

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfectly wonderful, well appointed condo with everything you need. Extremely clean. Very functional and comfortable furniture, bedrooms well stocked with linens & extra blankets if necessary. The location is very convenient to grocery stores (within walking distance) as we had no vehicle. Lyft/Uber readily available if required.The only negative was that it takes about 4-5 minutes for the hot water in the shower to heat up, however it was really a non issue . I would most definitely recommend this property and would stay there again. Owners very responsive. During the stay one of the hairdryers broke but there was a second one in the other bathroom. I reported it and voila a new one was delivered early the next day. There was some building maintenance going on during the stay and we were always kept up to date and informed. Excellent and professional communication from the beginning.
