Awesome Patio With Fire Pit, Farmers Porch, Deck With Grill!

Beautifully landscaped yard with new patio and fire pit. Just Added Central Air Conditioning.
Farmers porch with seating to stay out of sun or go out on the back deck with the gas grill to enjoy your summer cook outs.
Fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances.
3 of the 4 beds purchased this year, 4th bed is only 2 years old with a memory foam topper.
You'll love this house in Cotuit since it's very centrally located to everything, perfect for a family doing day trips to all the attractions the Cape has to offer. Beaches, whale watches, golfing, bike riding. Just a short drive to catch the ferries to the beautiful islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Close to shopping and dining at the amazing Mashpee Common or take a stroll down Hyannis Main Street to see the great shops and lovely restaurants.
Cotuit beaches are only a 5 min drive but I would recommend taking a 10 min drive to visit Craigville Beach, Old Silver Beach, or South Cape Beach.
1 Minute drive to grocery store, liquor store, two pharmacy's and most importantly Dunkin Donuts... even though you do have the Keurig K duo in your kitchen so you can brew pots of coffee or single K cups at your leisure.

Bedroom 2 Queen bed with large closet and a elliptical machine for the exerciser in your group.
Bedroom 3 has two twin beds.

Great family stay!

Imagine beginning each vacation day and ending each evening on a lovely front porch under the stars. In between you head out for beach fun and great food nearby. We gad a great family vacation here. Spacious rooms, new soft beds, big bathrooms and all needed supplies and conveniences.

Great location on the Cape!

The house had everything we needed and was in a great location close to everything. Coby was a great host. Helpful and available but not overly so. We would stay here again.

Great Family Getaway

Our stay at The Coby house was great. The host was so helpful with places to visit especially for a very special occasion my son got engaged at the Nobska lighthouse per his guidance! The best beach I have visited in the Cape was right down the street, Craigsville Beach also a recommended spot! The house was clean well equipped and close to everything! We really enjoyed our visit! Would book again!

Great location

We had a wonderful two weeks. Coby was very prompt with responding to any issues we had. The backyard was perfect for our two year old grandson to chase his soccer ball & we even enjoyed s’mores over the fire pit. The location was ideal for our day trips to beaches & hikes.
