The Space:
Putnam Place sits on a quiet street up the hill walkable distance from the the fantastic downtown area and Chippewa River! You can enter from the attached garage in the back that can be accessed from the back alley or from the front door located on Putnam.

This property is fully stocked so you literally only need to bring your personal items to begin your stay here.

I understand the need for quality sleep and that is why the beds are super comfy and there are A LOT of different pillow styles to choose from.

The decor is stylish yet homey so it won't take you long to make this your home away from home!!

Guest Access:
Feel free to park in the attached garage located in the back of the house which can be located from the alley behind Putnam. Otherwise there is on street parking. In order to venture around Eau Claire the options are abundant meaning by cab, bus, Uber, and/or Lyft. Otherwise a short walk takes you downtown where there are some of the best shops, restaurants and bars Eau Claire has to offer! Phoenix Park is right down the hill as well and boasts my favorite farmer's market. This park runs along the Chippewa River and offers a variety of activities throughout the year!

The Neighborhood:
The heart of Eau Claire is nestled right along the confluence of the Chippewa and Eau Claire Rivers. This area is full of all kinds of art, hip bars and restaurants, live music galore and possibly the friendliest, most alternative cast of characters you may ever meet.

Lots of options for transportation including Lyft, Uber and Taxi service

Short getaway to a great city!

The house is very cute, clean, new and well done. Appreciated the amenities in the bathroom, fully laundry facilities and coffee is provided. Walking distance to downtown.

Comfortable and accessible.

Very clean. Beds were comfy. Well supplied kitchen. No steps, so good for oldies. Great TV and wifi. Close to shopping. Everything worked.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! This property is just up the hill from the AWESOME DOWNTOWN, 2.8 miles to UWEC, 1.4 miles from Mayo, and 3.5 miles to Sacred Heart Hospital.

The 2 bedroom 1 bath has super comfortable beds and so many pillow options!

And of course we cannot forget the attached garage for your use!
