About this property

An extremely convenient oasis situated on 10 wooded acres with a country like setting only 5 minutes to downtown Eau Claire; Phoenix Park, Pablo Center, River walk and more! Welcome guests who enjoy a low key relaxing and quiet environment complete with wildlife wandering by.

Biking / walking trail just minutes from our house.
Three miles from Riverview Park on the Chippewa River with public river access.
Just minutes from Mayo, Oak Leaf, Sacred Heart Hospitals and Dove Health Care.

Enjoy cooking in a fully stocked kitchen complete with a Keurig or traditional coffee maker, coffee grinder, tea pot, slow cooker, mixer, blender, dutch oven and much more! Stocked with K-pods and tea to start your first morning!

Guests will enjoy large high end towels. We have shampoo, conditioner and bar soap available as well. A First Aid Kit is located in the linen closet.

Our laundry area is located in the basement with scent free laundry detergent available to our guests. Check out the amenities for details.

Parents, children are welcome; however please review the space for a good fit. Indicate the age or ages and let us know you’ve read and agreed the space is suitable.
We feel your child requires an enjoyable stay even on a rain filled day. Our place has no designated play area. Children must be supervised at all times inside and outside.
We are only licensed for 5 guests including children.

A smoke free, insense free, vaping free house. Smokers area outside with a metal sand filled bucket for discarded butts.

No fire pits or grills of any kind.
House rules/check out (before 11:00 a.m.) policies are posted inside for our guests convenience.

Lovely

My daughters and I stayed here for a second time because we enjoyed ourselves so much the first time. It was just as lovely, cozy, clean and comfortable as the first time. Very organized too. Paul and Anita are wonderful hosts. We hope to come again next year.

Perfect Girls Weekend

Great home for 4 friend weekend. Paul and Anita's home was exactly as described and just right for our needs. Super clean and organized. They were lovely to deal with. Will definitely use again if in Eau Claire.

Great wooded retreat!

Very clean, tastefully decorated and very secluded even though you are basically in town. Saw turkey and deer wondering around. The hosts were quite friendly and easily reachable if you needed them for any reason. Will be staying there again.

Like home

We stayed here to accommodate MIL vs a hotel. My husband is extremely picky and he could not say enough good things about this property. So close to everything, yet far enough away to enjoy the wildlife. We were greeted by 2 deer and the next morning 6 of them were hanging out next to the driveway!
