Our property can accommodate 12 comfortably with three separate gathering areas including a living room, reading/tv room and movie/game room for entertainment in addition to 5 bedrooms with super comfortable beds! Feel free to go outdoors and enjoy the cozy firepit, go for a walk on the nearby trail or just enjoy the BEAUTIFUL RIVER VIEW! The space This house has been updated several times over the years, but still has the retained some of the 19th century charm. You will not be able to escape the welcoming feel this house offers throughout the entire space. This house allows for both tranquility and uproariousness sometimes simultaneously. This place offers the extras so you should never feel without! Let me walk you through the house…… ---ENTRANCE--- • When you enter the house you will be greeted with a spacious foyer for your items. Don’t forget to look up to admire the gorgeous chandelier. • The light switches are located on your left immediately after entering ---BATHROOM 1--- • You will appreciate the location of this bathroom directly to your left after a long trip in the car • Stocked with towels, toothpaste, toothbrush (just in case you forgot yours), shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer extra toilet paper and lotion ---KITCHEN--- • The kitchen has recently undergone some changes with the addition of granite countertops and additional seating for 5 • Fully stocked down to the air fryer ---LIVING ROOM 1--- • Off of the kitchen you will find the first gathering area with a super comfortable couch with plenty of seating • The TV is smart so be sure to bring your log in information for your favorite channels ---LAUNDRY ROOM--- • The laundry room is equipped with brand new washer and dryer • Feel free to use the laundry detergent and dryer sheets supplied ---DINING ROOM--- • Directly off of the kitchen you will find a table for 6 • Feel free to use the dishes in the kitchen or those provided in the built in cabinet ---READING/TV ROOM/BOARD GAME ROOM--- • As you go through the doorway you will enter the second gathering area • Board games are supplied in this room in the cabinet • Or perhaps you want to watch your own program. Again the TV is smart so be sure to bring your log in information for your favorite channels • Or perhaps you want to get away to enjoy your favorite book or enjoy a book or two that we provide for you ---BEDROOM 1--- • This bedroom is located directly off of the reading room. • Dedicated work space offered for you here • King bed • Fire TV • Walk in closet • Fan ---MOVIE ROOM/VIDEO GAMES/FOOSBALL/FAMILY GAMES--- • As you go down the steps from the reading room you will enter the “ARCADE” where there are VIDEO GAMES!!! • Play Connect 4, Tic Tac Toe, or The Ring Game on our FULL-SIZE wall mounted games!! • Huge super comfortable couch • Surround sound TV. On Street parking is allowed for certain months of the year. A copy of the city's parking policy will be sent to you after booking for increased clarity.
