The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put garbage & recycling containers by road if leaving on a Sunday or Monday. Always set out Monday night if staying over. Garbage pickup is early Tuesday Morning.
No cleaning fish inside the house. Use picnic table in front yard & clean throughly.
Pick up all your dog droppings & vacume hair up prior to leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Fireworks or water balloons allowed, Use of kayaks and paddleboard require a liability waiver be signed at check in.
Be respectful of neighbors. Quiet time 10pm-6am. If law enforcement is called, immediate eviction with no refund.
If bringing small children, They must be closely supervised by parents. If property needs to be childproofed let me know when you reserve the booking

This is the second year we’ve stayed at this property.It is a perfect spot for our family get togethers. Lake view, dock for our boat and kayaks are available .The property is super clean and the owners are very responsive to questions.Plan on coming back next year.

We have been there 3 years in a row and left more detailed reviews previously. Booking it 3 years in a row is probably enough of an advertisement in itself, but I would like to add that they continue to improve the property. Coming here is hassle-free and a great experience.

The only negative thing was we could not get any nfl games on. As only basic streaming. Otherwise everything was great!! Comfy beds, we kayaked and walked, also went to Leinenkugal brewery! And had a couple campfires.

Charming, clean, comfortable, with a large deck for gatherings and a great view of the lake. Well appointed kitchen, lots of comfy sleeping spaces. All around a wonderful home away from home.

Great location, great property

It's a nice, older but well-kept lakeside property. The owners were very communicative and the property had everything we needed. We rented a pontoon and kept it on the dock, and had a great time cruising the lake. We would not hesitate to rent again.

My three friends & I had a very relaxing, fun girls weekend at this lake house! The view was beautiful, the house was clean, we enjoyed our talks, coffee on the deck, campfire and paddle boat ride! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Exceptionally clean. Easy to work with property managers. Beautiful views. Backyard slope can a bit tough for younger children to navigate , but otherwise perfect stay.

Great View!

Quiet neighborhood with property well kept and great views from the deck! About 1 1/2 miles from gas station & grocery store and approx 3 miles from Chippewa Falls. Beds were comfy and quality sheets and bedspreads! Wooden floors a bit squeaky, but kind of got use to. Couple trains pass thru during late night/early morning, but easy to fall back asleep. Restaurants & a beach nearby also. Nice stay :)

Best fishing, perfect location!

My husband and I brought our boat up for a long fishing weekend. House is very clean and has everything you need. The host responded quickly and checked in via messaging to make sure we had everything we needed. Plenty of yard for our dog and the Lafayette Boat Launch is 10 mins away by car and boat. The fishing was awesome! Crappies, bass, walleye and we even caught a catfish! Already looking forward to our next visit.

Get your lake on!

This home sits in a very quiet neighborhood and the is so close to the lake you can see fish swimming under the dock. Very spacious home with a large walkout basement that has its own living area, mini kitchen, and bathroom. As relaxing as our trip in mid September was, I can only imagine how much fun a week in the summer would be with all the boating, fishing, and lake activities while being steps from the house.

My husband and I purchased this home Nov 2019 from the estate of a man whom had fled Holland from the Nazis. He was very loved in this neighborhood. We fell in love with the views and location. We are continuously working hard to updated this home for us all to enjoy. We may possibly retire there one day. Jeff & I grew up in the area and have been married & part of this community for over 30 years.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the views and location. It is also minutes from our home so we can assist if any issues or concerns arise.

What makes this property unique

Simple and clean but very enjoyable. Also Upper & Lower levels both have their own decks overlooking beautiful Lake Wissota. They each also have their own kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom areas. If you want privacy while staying with others you can stay in the lower level and visit others in the upper level when convenient. You also have your own side of the dock to use kayaks, paddleboat & dock your boat, other side is reserved for owner.
