This darling, cozy Lake Wissota/Chippewa River waterfront cabin will provide you with gorgeous sunsets and sunrises too. Serene, quiet and mobility friendly with a ramped entrance. Love to fish, boat or just listen to the comforting sounds of the river? This place offers everything you crave on your vacation or extended remote work location. All new windows and exteriors doors, smart board siding, gas forced air furnace and central air, hardwood floors, natural woodwork, SunSetter blinds and awning. Great accessibility with mobility-friendly entrance and zero entrance shower for the new renter or loving members of your family. Yes, you will love the step-in tub and outdoor deck with wheelchair ramp for easy access.
Location is prime! Close to Lake Wissota Golf Course and the Old Abe Bike and Snowmobile Trail. Bring your boat, your golf clubs, your bike and your snowmobile and enjoy your precious time off. Plus you are only blocks away (less than a couple minutes bike ride) from the Old Abe Trail offering 28 miles of beautiful paved (bike or snowmobile trail) riding along the river and landscapes of the Chippewa Valley. Old Abe Trail links up to over 70 miles of trails throughout the Chippewa Valley. You can spend your whole vacation on your bikes or snowmobiles and visit many of the quaint eateries and historic sites in the area. You will have a hard time finding another spot with these unique trail biking and fun waterfront activities in the Chippewa Valley.
The two large bedrooms feature king beds and one is large enough to also fit a twin bed.
