This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with a full basement and attached two car garage! The home includes all the amenities including a washer and dryer in the basement.
This Lafayette home is located within 10 minutes of many tourist spots.
Gas, Grocery, and Food are just up the road, along with a hair salon and gym!
There is beach access to Lake Wissota as well as a boat landing nearby.
Leinenkugel's Brewery is located in Downtown Chippewa Falls, WI and is within 10 minutes as well. We have wineries and a micro brewery within 10 to 15 minutes away. We are also minutes from apple orchards and multiple golf courses. There is a carwash in the neighborhood

House was a perfect little retreat. Within blocks of a correctional facility, but easy to get to town.Upon arrival all the dishes in the cupboard were dirty. We had to wash them before using them. Very hard well water.

WI Northern State Fair

We were there to see Foreigner at the county fair. The property was 10 minutes or less away from everything we did. House was very comfortable. We didn’t know we could use the garage until we arrived and that was a great perk. We did not cook at the house but seemed anything you needed was most likely there. We fully enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

My husband and I have lived in this area most of our lives and raised 2 children here. Its a small quaint town and close to stores, hospital, mall, restaurants, and of course the lake. My husband owns his own HVAC business and I run our business (AUTOSPA) from home.

Why they chose this property

This is our first rental property and so far we have rented to very nice people. We book many of these homes all over Wisconsin with our friends and families so we thought it would be fun trying it ourselves and so far so good.

What makes this property unique

Quaint little town, clean, quiet, slow pace, relaxing, do as little or as much as you want, plenty of restaurants , bar and grill, beach, wineries. Visit Chippewa falls chamber of commerce for information on what's going on in the area, I also have brochures in basket by refrigerator.
