Amazing Location! This stylish duplex home is situated on a quiet street 1 mile to Town Lake and HEB, 1.5 miles to iconic South Congress, and 2 miles to Rainey and 6th Street.

The property is minutes from the Frank Erwin Center, the DKR Texas Memorial Stadium (home of UT Austin football), and Disch-Falk Field (home of UT Austin baseball). Just a short ride to all of the ACL and SXSW festivities! We are also located less than 20 minutes from Circuit of the Americas and 10 minutes to the airport.

Solar eclipse stay :)

Our hosts were super nice, the space is well laid out and is a wonderful modern black and white theme. They had the place stocked well for a family with small kids with things things like laundry soap and dishwasher soap. It was super cozy easy access to lots of awesome things like SoCo, downtown, and rainy street. Great value over all and we will definitely rebook next time we are in town!

Great location

A great location - we were only about a 5-10 minutes drive from everywhere we needed to go. Property is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The only thing I didn’t realize when booking is rhat it is attached to another unit. So although it’s completely separate, we did occasionally hear dogs and a child next door. It wasn’t bad, but I was expecting a single-family home. Otherwise there was plenty of toiletries provided as well as drinks in the fridge. The mattresses were firm and plenty of pillows. It was very clean and perfect for our needs.
