Welcome to the Cocon Étercien, an independent T2 of 50 m² nestled in our house in Étercy, in Haute-Savoie, just 15 minutes from Lake Annecy and less than an hour from the main ski resorts of Aravis and Mont-Blanc. A real cocoon designed to recharge your batteries, between nature, comfort and conviviality.

THE ACCOMMODATION:

The T2 has an independent entrance, a bedroom with a king size bed (180x200), a bathroom with toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen (hob, hood, fridge, toaster, air fryer and microwave; no dishwasher).

A sofa (not convertible) can help out for a person or a child, but remains quite small: we recommend an extra bed on request.

TV allows access to Netflix and other streaming platforms (no DTT channels).
Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation.

TERRACE, JACUZZI, SWIMMING POOL & PLAYGROUND:

Your private terrace hosts a jacuzzi accessible all year round, all day long, as well as a garden table to enjoy the sunny days. You also have access to our swimming pool shared with us, freely available during the day, open from May to September depending on the weather.

A large fenced field (children's hut, basketball hoop, slide) is also accessible during the day, all year round — a real playground for young and old!

A technical shed remains reserved for our use for the occasional maintenance of the pool (water tests); the rest of the outdoor space is reserved for you. A parking space is available outside the house.

CAPACITY & PRICES:
The accommodation accommodates 2 adults and 1 baby comfortably; up to 4 people possible with extra bed (beyond that, the space is no longer suitable).

Mandatory cleaning fee in addition to the night: €25.

Non-smoking inside; possibility to smoke outside, please do not leave any cigarette butts on the floor.

No parties or parties.

T2 is adjacent to our workspace: a little noise is possible during the day and until 11pm-midnight.

Non-autonomous arrival: we welcome you personally, no key box.

The accommodation does not lock from the outside; we are almost always on site (working from home). You can close the roller shutter for more peace of mind.

For the safety of children: the pool gate must always be closed after each passage, and the entry gate must be locked at each entrance/exit, without exception.

The accommodation is equipped with a septic tank: please do not throw anything down the toilet except toilet paper (sanitary protection and wipes in the bin).

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL APPROACH:

Our house is equipped with solar panels, which power our electric shutters. We collect rainwater, and our water is softened to limit wear and tear on the installations and reduce the use of cleaning products. The T2 benefits from a completely redone insulation, which limits the need for heating — the heating currently runs on oil (no smell).

Given our septic tank, we use cleaning products that are as limited and natural as possible. Several sorting bins are available (nappies, household waste, glass, plastic).

Rather than multiplying the equipment, we have chosen to share the swimming pool and jacuzzi with our own accommodation.

Finally, we gladly direct our travellers to local shops and producers in the area to promote short circuits.

YOUR HOSTS:

We are Tess and Corentin, a couple of parents living in Étercy, in the heart of Haute-Savoie, between lake and mountains. At home, the watchword is cocooning: simple moments, evenings by a brazier, barbecue or swimming pool, end of the day with the family in the garden. We both work from home, which allows us to be present and available to welcome you with warmth, without ever being intrusive. Attached to home-made and natural approaches, we have created a cocoon where you feel good from the moment you walk through the door.
