We enjoyed our stay here. The grandchildren loved the pool, fire pit and the volleyball court! It was nice to have a lot of cooking utensils and pots and things we needed to cook with! We’re a cooking family and that made it very nice! Thanks PH

Check in was great. The host was helpful. Great communication. The kitchen was stocked great. We cooked each meal. Only need a couple more non-stick pans.House stocked with plenty of Fantastic outdoor items. Kayaks. Blowup & hardshell. Paddle boards. Oars. Life vest. Balls. Horse shoes. Fishing Poles.. Long flat driveway for little ones to ride toys & bikes, etc Indoor pool was a hit. You can see pool from kitchen & living room. Aso from bedrooms upstairs.. It was nice to have ALL things to do outside.. And the view! The sunset each evening was amazing ... Family of 16 .. plenty of room... Thank you

This house has much to offer: indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor volleyball pit and horseshoe pit, two docks, a foosball table room, and a ping pong table room, along with plenty of living and dining space. It’s got a great location on Lake Chatuge, and Priscilla is very responsive to all communications.

We had a wonderful time at this fully equipped property. Excellent location and set-up for large family/multi-family group. Cove was quiet for kayaking and swimming. Views of the lake and mountains were spectacular. Jack Rabbit trails nearby were also fun and convenient.

Lake Haven lived up to its name! It was an absolute haven of beauty, nature, and fun! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and several of our 11 grandchildren asked if we could please plan to come back. Children speak truth!

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house. It was peaceful, secluded, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool area was a huge hit with the whole family — plenty of space, clean, and perfect for spending time together. Priscilla, the manager, was fantastic. She responded quickly to every question and concern, which made the entire experience smooth and stress‑free.

Lake Haven vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was very clean. There is only a couple of things that would be helpful for the older generation. The uneven flooring and the showers could use some updating. Very small. Overall, we made some great memories. We will be back. Thank you for your hospitality.

Never heard a peep out of the guest the whole time they were at the house. I went in to check the house a couple of hours after checkout. I walked in and the fireplace was left on and the pool pump was almost burned up because they splashed so much water out of the pool the pump couldn't suck water through the skimmer anymore. Guess never bothered to contact me about any issues with anything and apparently didn't care if the house burned down. I highly doubt they would have left their own house with the fireplace going.

Great location with excellent view

The property is very comfortable for large groups, and is within minutes of the town, marinas, etc. The views of the lake and surrounding mountains are breathtaking.

Lake Haven wasn’t exactly what we expected. The home needs some updating, especially the pool area. Also, the water level was so low there was nothing but mud all around the home next to the lake. The pictures certainly did not portray this and it would have been nice to have been told this detail since we booked this home mostly due to being able to fish off of any side of the property. Instead, we could only fish from the dock. There was also no television in the master bedroom. We did like the hot tub.

During the off-season, the lake is lowered, which can impact shoreline access; however, the dock remains available for fishing.
