Nicki's Nook is a stylish top floor ski suite studio condo surrounded by beautiful mountain views from the resort and a private balcony! Perfect for a couple or a group of 2 our condo is perfect for your time away! Enjoy the beautiful wood burning fireplace, fully stocked kitchen & cozy decor. There is a full bath with a tub as well as your own large private balcony. Queen sized bed with a view too!

Our check-in window is from 4pm to 9pm, and we regret to inform you that we are unable to facilitate check-ins outside of these hours.

Although we appreciate having access to the amenities at the Pinnacle Inn, we have no authority over their management. Closure and maintenance decisions are beyond our control. It's important to note that the Pinnacle Inn reserves the right to close the pool at any given time. We regret any inconvenience caused but we do not offer discounts in such cases. We appreciate your understanding.

We understand that our cleaning fees may seem high, unfortunately, they reflect the costs associated with providing our services in a rural area. We believe in being transparent about this matter because we acknowledge that the fees are on the higher side. However, we assure you that your stay will be clean and comfortable. We value our cleaners' loyalty and believe in compensating them fairly, as they play a crucial role in the success of our business.

Ski Condo at Beech

This is a very small place...most like an efficiency apartment. The complex is a bit dated, though clean and the pool and hot tub/sauna are nice. Very small town...you really have to go into Banner Elk for a good restaurant. The little bit of furniture is uncomfortable and the shade for the bed was broken. Tight fit for anything other than sleeping.

Adult snowboarding trip

Very cozy spot. The unit heats well and gets comfy real quick. Walked in to the unit and immediately got the smell of a clean hotel room. Everything was as advertised and I appreciate the presentation. Was a great spot to call home for a quick little adult snowboarding vacay. Would stay there again.

Convenient

We had a wedding to go to at the Overlook Barn and this property was super close! Easy access and arrival was nice since we didn’t have to check in. The unit is tiny but really cute and well appointed! The bed wasn’t super comfortable but we were only there for one night so no biggie. The property was clean and easy to navigate. We’d stay there again for sure!

Wedding weekend in the mountains

I was in a wedding this past weekend and stayed in this unit. It was super cozy and clean! Keurig kcups, extra throw blankets, and bottled water were nice touches. Prime location in Banner Elk. I would definitely come back and stay again.
