No elevators, 2nd floor condo only accessible by stairs.

No A/C. Ceiling fans are located in each room as well as extra fans in the bedrooms. Summer temperatures range from 60-low 80s and are typically in the low 70's.

Security camera disclosure: 1 ring doorbell camera located by the exterior front door.

We are located at the very top of Beech Mountain. 4WD and/or snow chains are a MUST in the winter months! Please monitor weather for travel conditions.

APRIL NOTICE: The All Seasons Center (pool, hot tub, exercise facility) is typically closed for maintenance. Get our lowest prices of the year! It will be closed April 5th-May 3rd, 2026

The view was very gorgeous, waking up to it every morning.We got a couple of sightings of deer down the way. We weren't really there for the hot tub and the pool, but I saw a lot of people go in and out of the area. We were there more for the outdoor activities. But everything there was clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay.

The communication was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool, game room, and being able to walk to Freds, Brick oven and the sledding hill were highlights of the trip. The condo had everything needed for our family.

The condo was very cozy and perfect for our family of 4. Everything we needed to get started was there. Our children loved the pool/hotbtub/games in the commons area. Loved the place!

Everything you need for a nice stay!!! Amazing view of the slopes and very close to Beech Mountain. The house was well organized, clean, with comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, spacious living room. very cozy. The instructions on how to arrive, what to do, access codes, etc. were flawless. Jennifer was always accessible for all my questions, even if they were not related to the property. Thank you!!! I would definitely stay here again.
