Private Beech Mountain home located minutes away from all the winter and summer activities! Our fully renovated traditional Beech Mountain Round House sits on a small creek with lots of outdoor living and cozy exposed wood beam interior living. One of the many unique features of our home includes two twin bed size sleeping cubbies in the loft area for the kids, see the pictures for more details.

Great location at Beech Mountain

As described. Minutes to Beech Mtn ski resort and nearby restaurants. Very clean, and enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing. Enjoyed using the fire pit every night and saw deer everyday.

Cozy

Nice little home with plesent view. Plenty of amenities for a family to stay for weeks. Stayed for work on mountain. Was nice to come back to a quiet and relaxing environment. Would book again if more work brought me back out to the mountain.

Excellent!

Took a quick two day ski trip with my three oldest children – – had a wonderful time, this is a great property close to the mountain, cozy and clean. We hope to be back next year!

A Wonderful Time

We booked this cabin as a trip with friends from out of town. The host was wonderful and the cabin was great! There was plenty of space for all 6 of us to sleep and hang out. The outside of the cabin was nice with a fire place and gazebo. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking at Beech Mountain!

Snowed In

My son and I stayed for the weekend to go skiing at Beech Mountain. We had strong winds and snow for 18 hours. The house was cozy after a very cold day of skiing. We enjoyed the location and the snowy view.

Beautiful

We absolutely loved the cabin. It was even more beautiful in person than the pictures. Host was fabulous to work with. I had a few questions before booking and he went above and beyond. Highly recommend. If we ever go back to Beech Mountain North Carolina we will definitely stay in this cabin.

Wonderful

This is an amazing house - the sound of the water in the creek, the fire pit, the fully furnished kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds and the location was great. We didn't want to leave. Great wifi and great AT&T cel signal. Couldn't have asked for a better mountain getaway!

Best Rental on Beech

We have stayed on Beech Mountain every year for the past 18 years. Never the same location. This is the FIRST time we have ever wanted to stay at the same property again. Clean, great layout, great location and updated. Owner is great at communication and responds quickly, which is a bonus.

Beyond what we expected 🏔️

This was fascinating, our best trip ever just to mention it was like being in a winter wonderland. We love the atmosphere, loved the mountains ⛰️ lots of snow ❄️ many deer’s running around. Comfortable house lots of space very warm and cozy. Great place to come and spent time away with love ones. Recommend it for sure…..

Perfect summer escape

We visited from Charleston with our 3 and 6 yo daughters. They are already asking to go back. The creek was the perfect play area for them. We enjoyed fires every night. The girls loved the little sleeping cubbies. I was surprised by how much there was to do on Beech Mt. We hiked, canoed, rode the ski lift - we never needed to go down the mountain!

Good

Definitely good for a family of 4. My teenage daughters enjoyed the loft area. Gas fireplace was nice. It had just snowed about a foot before we arrived, but roads were clear, and they cleared the snow so we could have a place to park, and to walk up the stairs. It was like a winter wonderland. We did skiing and tubing. Definitely a good choice.

Deer haven

Loved having neighborhood deer roaming in morning and afternoons. Nice fireplace and fire pit. Beds high for short folks, but very comfortable. Sofas need to be replaced: no support. But on the whole, a nice getaway and good response from host when needing help with tv.

Great Stay!

We stayed in Creekside Beech house for the 4th of July. The property is nice sitting up on a hillside over the gravel road below. Deer were common visitors! The home is nice and is certainly a mountain house. The old wooden floors were exactly what you would want and expect in a mountain house. Very cozy and the creek and waterfall could be heard easily from the 2nd bedroom. Even with a home on each side, the way the place is laid out and the trees on property, we could not see another person from our high perch above the road. We had a great time. Very close to Beech Mountain Ski resort. Thanks Bill and Christy

5 star reviews….huh?

First let me say that I rely heavily on reviews when I book a VRBO for my family - I read them ALL; therefore, I always try to leave a very honest review for others so you have all the facts. That said, I booked this cabin because of all the 5 star reviews. But the reality of what we experienced was not 5 stars. The good: The cabin is in a very quiet neighborhood. It was covered in snow for our stay, but I’m sure it’s very pretty in other seasons. It had the essentials, hot water, and a warm gas fireplace. The location is close to the slopes if you’re going for skiing (but walking to them is unrealistic). The disappointing: The cabin was filthy. Both shower curtains had mold on them; there was hair in the showers, on the floors, and even on the sheets and pillow cases (thankfully I found some clean ones and changed the linens myself). There was thick dust on the bed frames and ceiling fans and the heater vents were caked in dust. The cabin smelled like food when we arrived and the dishwasher was packed with dishes.and just as an fyi, the living room furniture is not as pictured
