Winterferien in Bayern
Trotz schlechtem Wetter hatten wir eine schöne Winterferienwoche mit zwei Kindern (8 und 4 Jahre) und einer befreundeten Familie. Die Wohnung war modern ausgestattet (Alexa, Lautsprecher in allen Räumen, Fernseher, Kaffeemaschine mit Toaster etc.). Sauna gab es direkt an der Wohnung gegen Aufpreis. Allerdings nicht an allen Wohnungen. Den Whirlpool konnten wir in Absprache mit den Vermietern auch nutzen. Dies hat alles sehr gut funktioniert, insbesondere mit der Kommunikation. Es war immer jemand erreichbar. Eine Rodelmöglichkeit gab es wenige Autominuten entfernt. Dort hätte es auch die Möglichkeit gegeben an einem Hang Ski zu fahren. Allerdings nur mit eigenem Material. Skiverleih für Erwachsene gibt es im Nachbarort. Der Ort ist klein, hat aber urig bayrische Metzger und Bäcker genauso wie einen Supermarkt, der fussläufig erreichbar ist. Ausflüge z.b. nach Regensburg oder Nürnberg sind mit knapp einer Stunde Fahrzeit machbar. Aber auch in der näheren Umgebung gibt es Ausflugziele, wir haben z.B. eine Winterwanderung an die tschechische Grenze gemacht. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit. Empfehlenswert!

Die Ferienwohnung ist okay
Wir kamen für die Ruhe. Leider konnten wir die letzten Tage nicht mit offener Fenster schlafen. An einen abend war laute Musik bis spät nach 24.00 und am nächsten Tag waren vor 08.00 schon Bauarbeiten etwa 2 Meter neben das Schlafzimmer das hat sich am nächsten Morgen wiederholt. Tagüber wenig ruhe , leider.

Toller Urlaub
Wir, 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern, hatten eine wunderschöne Woche im Ferien-Bungalow. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist super zum Erholen, aber auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wieder dort Urlaub machen.
