Das neuwertige, offen gestaltete Appartement ist 25qm groß und befindet sich im Untergeschoß. Das Schlafzimmer mit TV und 2 Einzelbetten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die gemütliche Wohnküche mit Essbereich ist komplett ausgestattet mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Mikrowelle. Das Bad mit Dusche, WC und Fön rundet das Gesamtbild ab. Von der Wohnung haben Sie einen direkten Zugang zur Terrasse, Grill und Liegewiese. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und WLAN sind vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor dem Haus. Auf Wunsch stellen wir Ihnen gerne ein Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl (für ein Kind bis 2 Jahre) kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das Appartement liegt in Neuhaus, der Hochburg des Zoiglbieres, am Eingang des Waldnaabtals.
