If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this is it. The pool and spa were fantastic and the house was so clean. We loved watching sports in the evenings and the couches were so comfortable. Definitely recommend!!!

Beautiful and relaxing getaway

My wife and I had one of our best weekends at this beautiful property. It was wonderful being able to pet the rescue horses and watch the wildlife. The house and pool were the cleanest Vrbo we have ever stayed at. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home!

We loved this property! Everything is so clean and spacious! The beds were super comfortable too and the coffee bar was on point! The pool and jacuzzi were the highlight of the trip! Absolutely loved everything about this special place! The house is very well appointed and had all that we needed. The coffee bar was amazing and the thoughtful snacks and drinks provided were appreciated. The outdoor amenities were great. We enjoyed the hammock and sitting out on the porch. The pool and hot tub were a special treat and although the weather wasn’t the best, we spent a lot of time in the hot tub and braved the cold pool water when the sun peeked out. My grandson turned 5 and he loved swimming and feeding the animals. Loved that Laura and family provided all the history on the rescues and they were definitely one of the highlights and why I chose this place. Truly a fun family trip and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful weekend getaway!

The house is lovely, comfortable, and immaculate. The weather was perfect, so we were also able to enjoy being outdoors — coffee on the porch, breakfast at the picnic table, wine after dinner by the pool. And it was such fun to take gifts of carrots and apples to the very appreciative horses, pigs, and goat in the pasture behind the trees. A unique experience!

Amazing stay!

Our stay was perfection! Laura, the owner, was most accommodating, and her communication was great! The house was beautifully decorated and updated with modern amenities. The pool was amazing…..both kids and adults had the best time swim and lounging. Oh and how we loved the animals, my personal favorite part of our stay! Perfect Family Getaway

Quality time with the family

Stayed for a long weekend to celebrate Mom's 70th birthday and had a great time here with the fam. A well-appointed space with plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax and have fun. Spent most of the time poolside and enjoyed getting to know all the animals, playing games, and exploring local eats too. Given the opportunity, of course we'd love to come back :)

Wonderful property/stay

Our group of 8 adults/kids thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in this lovely home. While there were a lot of rules to follow (and I hope the owner knows that we did our very best to), as parents and homeowners we understand their purpose in order to maintain the high quality of this place for others. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed plus more. The kids (and myself especially) enjoyed all the animals that live on the property and considered their presence a major bonus. The owners truly put a lot of effort into making sure you feel at home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

Revitalizing retreat in hill country

Perfect house and location for families and friends who want to relax and enjoy the countryside while being close to Austin. Amazing pool and spa facilities. The ranch hands Luis and Jessica took great care of the animals. House is very clean w all the modern amenities needed. Very close to some great bbq restaurants and live music on the weekends. The host was very communicative and accommodating and overall, we could not have been happier with our choice to stay here. Would definitely come back again!

Relaxing and heartfelt

This property is beautiful, clean, and the animals are so precious. My family and I enjoyed the relaxing pool and hot tub while hearing the birds sing and watching the butterflies fly by. We brought 6 bags of carrots to feed the horses and pigs and had the time of our lives. The house was impeccably clean. It was the perfect size for family of all ages. It was stocked with pots and pans for cooking. Also, enjoyed the hammock and coffee on the front porch. Owner was quick to respond and attentive to our communication. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Weekend Retreat

Laura’s property and home is gorgeous! My friends and I were there for a weekend event, and had a wonderful time. While we were not at the property much during the day due to our event, we made sure to take time to enjoy the home ans much ans possible and visit the animals. We are all huge animal lovers, and loved reading their stories. There is a lot of love in that home, and Laura has a huge heart and was quick to answer questions. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. I’m a huge neat freak, so I especially loved the cleanliness. 💜🙏💜 Thank you again!!
