This spacious ground floor holiday apartment is located in the quiet village of Flussio, in the province of Oristano. The medieval town of Bosa, where the only navigable river in Sardinia flows, the Temo, is only 7 kilometres away. From its marina in Marina di Bosa, one of the most beautiful panoramic roads along the coast leads to Alghero (approx. 50 km). The hilly landscape all around is rich in vineyards planted with Malvasia grapes. The excellent DOC wine produced here goes very well with the typical Sardinian almond biscuits, among other things. Visit the nearby (approx. 1 km) and extraordinary village of Tinnura, with its famous murals.

Appartement agréable mais attention

L’appartement est situé dans le village de Flussio. Alors attention il vous faudra prévoir les frais de ménage (qui n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce, surprise après réservation) et régler la facture d’électricité. Ce qui change le tarif et le rends beaucoup moins compétitif. L’appartement est éloigné des commodités (restaurant, magasins...) et de la plage (prévoir 15 min en voiture pour la plus proche). Le logement était propre à notre arrivée. La procédure d’arrivée s’est bien passée. Concernant le fonctionnement c’est très compliqué, l’evacuation des eaux usées se fait mal, du coup vous avez des remontées d’odeurs, il faut également prévoir des adapteurs pour les prises électriques car il n’y en a que deux dans tout le logement, la chasse d’eau est à faire manuellement avec la bonne vieille bassine d’eau. Surtout n’oubliez pas de prendre des produits contre les moustiques parce qu’ils sont très nombreux et voraces, mais il y a aussi le problème de mouches dans la cuisine. Sinon le coin est sympa et vous serez complètement déconnecté du quotidien

Unseriöses Angebot, niemals buchen!!!

Leider sind die Bilder, Text und alle Angaben nicht wahrheitsgemäß. Eine dunkle, unbehagliche Unterkunft ist mit Methoden der modernen Bildbearbeitung geschönt dargestellt. Von zwei Bädern ist eines im Außenbereich, es stinkt und ist unbrauchbar, Das eigentliche Bad ist auch kaum zu benutzen. Die Dusche ist defekt, die Toilettenspülung nur mit viel Geduld funktionsfähig und das Bad ständig nass, da das Waschbecken eine defekte Leitung hat. Wir wurden durch uns fremde, vom Vermieter beauftragte Personen bedroht, ebenso vom Vermieter, weil die Zusatzkosten Für Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung mit Bezug des Appartements sofort zu entrichten waren. Dies war uns nicht bewusst. Eine normale Kommunikation ohne italienische Sprachkenntnisse ist unmöglich. Insgesamt haben wir mit 8 unterschiedlichen Personen kommuniziert. Frühmorgens am 1. Urlaubstag wurde gegen die Tür gehämmert, mit Polizei gedroht. Nach weiteren beleidigenden Nachrichten sind wir (bei voller Bezahlung der gebuchten Tage und sämtlicher Nebenkosten, dazu gehört auch Strom!!!) vorzeitig abgereist. Ein komplett überteuertes, unseriöses Angebot - dazu doppelt so weit vom Strand entfernt wie angegeben. Hände weg!
