These three holiday apartments are located above the Iii marina. CKO451 on the first floor is spacious and has a covered terrace from which you can enjoy a marvellous panoramic view. CKO452 and 655 are smaller and are located on the ground floor. The tasteful furnishings offer guests maximum comfort. Even though the holiday apartments are located on a hillside, it is possible to walk to the sea, or go by car if you want to visit other tourist places such as Opatija or Moenika Draga. In Iii there is a well-known marina and restaurants. On the property there are covered parking spaces, shared garden furniture and a barbecue.

Das Apartment für bis 5 Personen ist aus unserer Sicht für 2 Personen + mittelgroßen Hund in Größe und Ausstattung angenehm und ausreichend. Bad und Dusche für normal schlanke Personen nutzbar. Der Anfahrtsweg zum Haus ist eng und sehr steil. Mit kleinem und mittlerem Auto anfahrbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und Hundefreundlich. Das Apartment liegt oben am Berg. Die Strecke zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten setzt aufgrund der 112 Stufen und der Steigung eine gewisse körperliche Fitness voraus.

Tolles Apartment mit hervorragendem Blick aufs Meer und den Jachthafen. Sehr freundliche Besitzerin und sehr zuvorkommende Betreuung. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der sehr steile Weg zum Meer/Strand mit 111 Stufen, was für eine Altersgruppe 60+ einiges an Fitness erfordert.
