This is a true 12th floor Ocean Front condo where you can enjoy great beach views, all the way down to the Springmaid Pier where you can also rent fishing gear and fish as well.

This condo offers 2 Queen size beds in the bedroom plus a Full size Murphy bed and a sleep sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate 4-6 guests.

You are allowed 1 parking space for a 1 Bedroom condo on this property.

Enjoy the ocean as well as amazing sunset views from your 12th floor condo and balcony as well as our many indoor and outdoor pools that are heated year-round including our hot tubs, kids splash areas, a sun deck and much more.

We offer a large bedroom with 2 queen beds to comfortably sleep up to 4. There is also a sleep sofa in the living room that will sleep 2 more plus a full-size Murphy bed to comfortably sleep 2 more. A murphy bed is a bed that collapses into the wall when not in use. It has a full-size mattress with no uncomfortable bars in your back. During the day it's a kitchen table for 4 and at night it easily transforms into a bed. It's very simple to use. Just pull the handle then push up in the morning.

Only a matter of steps when you walk off the elevator to the pools, hot tub or the beach!

J-Mike's Flavor Station offers breakfast and lunch and is located right next door in the adjacent building.

We are only minutes' drive to many of the most popular activities and attractions the area has to offer.

Convenient location just a couple of minutes from Myrtle Beach airport.

Free basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts available at Midway Park, plus free disc golf at Splinter City (both less than a mile away). Many 18 hole golf courses close by, along with numerous mini-golf courses for families.

This property may use cameras for security purposes in the common and public areas such as the garage, walkways, elevators and the front door. There are no cameras permitted within the private space of the property.

House Rules
• The primary registered guest must be 25 or older and assumes full responsibility for all of their guests. Their guests of all ages are welcome!
• No smoking in the condo or on the balcony – designated areas only.
• No pets – Service Animals Must be Registered and Leashed at all times.
• No events, parties, or large gatherings.
• Only registered guests are permitted in the condo or using the amenities, pools, etc. All others will be considered trespassing.
• Throwing items off the balcony is a Federal crime and violators may be Prosecuted, Fined and/or Evicted.
• Local Fire Codes permit up to a maximum of 6 Guests in our 1-bedroom condos and up to 8 guests in our 2-bedroom condos. Breaking the fire code is grounds for immediate eviction without notice and with no refunds.

Check-In Information
The registered Guest must be the one who Checks-In at the Front-Desk with a valid matching government issued ID showing they are 25 or older. The Front Desk personnel will provide you with your room keys, pool passes and a parking pass if required.
There is a maximum limit of 1 parking pass for 1-bedroom condos and 2 parking passes for 2-bedroom condos. Extra parking passes are not available at this property. You must register your car(s) with the front desk – make, model, color & license plate #

We do not currently offer daily housekeeping services. Therefore, we will not be replacing sheets or towels during your stay.

We provide you with linens and towels (no beach/pool towels) plus we include:
• Hand soap in the bathroom
• Dish soap and a kitchen towel
• Dishwashing detergent (if applicable)
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• 1 trial size of shampoo
• 1 trial size soap or body wash
• 1 trial size of laundry detergent or pod
• Plus, a couple of trash bags for the kitchen

You bring pool/beach towels, coffee, extra amenities, etc.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach from the lifeguards starting around $49 per day from Memorial Day through Labor Day

We also have an option to provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to rent for $20 per day. We'll drop them off in the condo before you arrive and pick them up after your departure.

Snowbird Specials – Some properties do offer specials for stays of 30 days or longer during the off-season from October through Feb. Please inquire if you’re looking for a seasonal special rate.

In order to keep our rates competitive and fair to smaller groups - groups with more than 4 adults/children in our 1 bedroom condos or 6 adults/children in our 2 bedroom condos will incur an additional guest fee of $15 per person / per stay. This fee will be billed separately after booking and is used to cover additional linens, towels, etc.

Our cleaners are thorough and use enhanced cleaning protocols, including bleaching of white linens and towels in hot water while using disinfectant on all high touch areas such as faucets, handles, light switches, etc.

My husband and I decided to take a fall trip to the beach by ourselves for the 1st time. The location of the property was wonderful! We were able to easily walk to the pier and were close to lots of restaurants. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

The unit is perfect for a couple or small family. The location and amenities are great. It’s basic in terms of aesthetics, but for the price it will be. For a weekend getaway with small children this was exactly what we needed.

The best location!
First time to Myrtle Beach and we are very pleased with our stay. The location of the property is amazing! It is easy to navigate from, and close to many restaurants and shops. The condo has a homey feel and everything you need. The balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise and listening to the ocean waves. In the morning, we also saw many dolphins from this balcony! It definitely made our stay more enjoyable. Already miss being there!!
