3bed/2full bath 1500 sq. ft home with full size appliances that has a separate entrance with free parking. Your home away from home! Your family will be close to everything; San Francisco, wine tasting, Yosemite and much more, when you stay at this centrally located home. It's located close to the I-205, I-580 and I-5 freeway. It's spacious quiet home to unwind after a long commute or day out exploring all that California has to offer.It’s a 3 bed guest house that sits on 1 1/2 acres ranch. Guest house has it own seperate area and does not include access to the whole property. It have a separate entrance with a latching gate with cameras. Perfect for those guests that have vehicles that they want to secure and on the larger side.We live on the property in the primary home and will be present during stay. We are available if a guest needs something. It’s in Lammersville area close to Mountain House, CA.If you are booking for others they must be verified through the app. We charge for ALL GUESTS! We have cameras on the exterior of the home for security and unauthorized guests. If you bring unauthorized guests you will be asked to leave. NO PETS or EVENTS.GROUPS (such as but not limited to folks staying for work) or staying longer than 7 days will have a seperate cleaning fee applied $350. NO smoking on premises inside or outside. You'll be asked to leave and a cleaning fee will apply.
