Nice House and Great Location

House layout was perfect for us. The area was quiet and close to everything you would need. Pool is a plus, but it is shared with a couple of other units. Some supplies were scarce or missing, like toilet paper and no can opener. But overall a great place to stay and I would highly recommend.

College Spring Break Trip

My friends and I, four people total, stayed at this complex for our spring break this year. It was perfect! It was a short uber ride from many restaurants, beaches, and activities to do. The house was perfect for us four, but could truly fit more. The pool/hot tub and the house were beautiful and very well kept. The host was wonderful and was extremely easy to reach if needed, but did also not bombard us on our stay. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend to anyone!

We had a spectacular get away The pool/hot tub were a welcome relief after all that shopping, eating and beach going. The host was super responsive and helped locate incredible restaurants. We will be returning . Thank you

Winter break

don't judge the property by the entrance drive. We came down to Florida for a relaxing getaway and got it. Karri was super helpful and did everything she could to insure that.

Amazing place with onsite private pool and many accomodations

We came to Naples Florida for part work trip and part family trip. We wanted a place that had it's own pool for our kids to be able to swim. This place did not disappoint. It was very clean and accommodating. The kitchen had all the plates/utensils/equipment we needed (coffee pot). She had two grills outside we used to grill out supper. The pool was the most amazing part of the home. It was heated and clean. My kids spent over 4 hours in the pool every day. The hot tub turned on each evening and was the perfect way to wind down after the day. When we had a question, she was quick to respond and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Hi! My family has been coming to Naples since the 1930’s. I’ve been visiting here since I was a little girl and moved here 11 years ago from San Francisco to care for my mother after a devastating stroke. I started acquiring properties 10 years ago and managing them myself. A year ago after selling a property to an Airbnb/VRBO investor I thought I’d give the vacation rental business a try. I did, and I love it! I get to meet some amazing guests from around the world. I enjoy making their vacation a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Experience.

Why they chose this property

This property has been transformed from a neglected 4 plex to a remodeled upscale boutique hotel feel. Beautiful gardens, each stanza (unit) has its very own private lanai to enjoy listening to the birds sing in the morning to star gazing at night. There will be private seating areas around the brand new pool currently under construction and scheduled to open fall 2022. I have perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ratings.

What makes this property unique

We are down a private road, very secluded. Located 1 mile to 5th Ave and 2 miles to the beach. We provide bicycles to get to town in less than 10 mins.

I am the owner, I am the manager and I take good care of my guests. I truly want you to have a unique amazing vacation.
