Sports harbour 1.5 km. Please note: the pool is cleaned every week but not heated.

Nous sommes trÚs satisfaits d'avoir loué pour la seconde fois ce bel appartement, confortable, bien équipé et bien situé. Et comme chaque fois excellent accueil de l'équipe interhome.

Piscine et balcon inutilisable

Lors de ma rĂ©servation j'avais demandĂ© si la piscine Ă©tait chauffĂ©e car elle est en sous-sol de l'immeuble et donc non ensoleillĂ©. Il m'avait Ă©tĂ© rĂ©pondu qu'il n'y avait pas de problĂšme. Hors la tempĂ©rature de la piscine Ă©tait de 23 alors que la plupart des piscines extĂ©rieurs Ă  Javea au mois d’aoĂ»t est de 29 Ă  32 et la mer Ă  27. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de cette piscine et en 3 semaines nous n'avons vu personne de la rĂ©sidence si baigner. Il est indiquĂ© dans le descriptif, un balcon. Hors ce balcon n'est accessible que par une chambre qui est a l'opposĂ© de la cuisine donc inutilisable. La douche est inutilisable car trop petite. Le descriptif d'Interhome n'est pas correcte.

Sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete, saubere Ferienwohnung in Top-Lage, mit PKW Stellplatz und ausreichend Raum fĂŒr 4 Personen. Die KĂŒche ist mit Allem ausgestattet was man fĂŒr die Selbstversorgung braucht. Essen kann man auf der ĂŒberdachten Terrasse, von der man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Montgo hat. Das Internet und SAT-TV funktionieren ausgezeichnet. Absolut empfehlenswehrt.
