This is a vintage (built around 1970) doublewide with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a trundle daybed in the living room with 2 twin beds. Sited near the store at the front of the property, the unit has a full kitchen, large refrigerator, and a living room with a flat screen TV (DVD player upon request). There is a screened front porch. A/C (swamp cooler) and heating. It shows its age in places, but if you're ok with that, it's a decent base camp for a larger group. Fresh linens and towels included.

We are right on Trinity River with great access to fishing, rafting, and other water activities. 26 shady acres amid lush valleys and wildlife, big and small, including regular bald eagle sightings. Enjoy a sundowner with friends at the new beer garden and room to roam and fun for kids including a pool, beach, mini golf, game room, ping pong, corn hole, & more.

Whether on the way to the coastal redwoods, planning a Class III rafting adventure, or just looking to relax in nature on the emerald waters of the Trinity River (w/ glamping amenities), we believe you'll be pleased you chose to discover this scenic and secluded corner of the country.
