Quiet, cozy 80 sqm apartment in the countryside. The apartment was completely renovated in 2018 and is located on the garden floor with a separate entrance. The garden can be used, parking spaces are in front of the apartment. Very good traffic connections via B3, 10-15 min to Marburg and the Lahnberge. Free WiFi available.

Schöne Wohnung am Ortsrand. Ruhige Lage und da es eine Souterrainwohnung ist, ist es im Sommer angenehm kühl, wenn man tagsüber die Rollläden schließt.

Wir waren dort um Familie zu besuchen und haben die Wohnung tatsächlich nur zum schlafen genutzt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es bestand die Möglichkeit auch den Garten mit zu benutzen und die Kinder konnten nochmal ausgepowert werden.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Eine top Ferierwohnung in schöner ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit kleiner Terrasse und einem Garten. Das Auto kann man direkt vor der Tür parken. Neben einem schönen Bad mit Wanne und geräumiger Dusche gibt es ein Wohnzimmer mit einem tollen Kamin und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Uns hat es dort sehr gefallen und wir fahren bestimmt wieder hin.

Wir kommen wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Alles war sauber, die Küche super ausgestattet und das Badezimmer wirkte neu. Die Betten waren bequem und frisch bezogen. Der direkte Zugang zum Garten war besonders für unsere 2jährige Tochter ein Traum. Wlan funktionierte einwandfrei mit stabiler und guter Verbindung. Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen und die Umgebung (Wald ist fußläufig zu erreichen) für jede:n Naturfan und Ruhe-Suchende:n perfekt. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Kurzurlaub im Magdeburger Land

großzügige Kellerwohnung

Wir verbrachten zu viert 5 Tage in der Ferienwohnung in Schwabendorf, einem Stadtteil von Rauschenberg. Die Wohnung ist groß und mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt. Auch die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es waren ausreichend Pfannen, Töpfe, Gläser aller Art, Kaffee, Tee vorhanden. Sogar ein paar Getränke standen im Kühlschrank für uns bereit. Das Bad ist wohl kürzlich renoviert worden und sehr modern eingerichtet mit großer Dusche und Badewanne. Auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche hat die Vermieterin bereitgestellt. Alles in Allem, hatten wir eine gute Zeit in Schwabendorf und die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die Vermieterin ist super nett und ermöglicht einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung.
