Brand new non-smoking wellness apartment without animals in the center of Westerland

The apartment is located in the city center, about 300 meters from Westerland train station. Opposite the apartment house extends a shopping arcade u. a. with bakery and supermarket. The apartment itself is located on the road facing away from the very quiet Osthausseite. The beach is only a few hundred meters away.

The apartment consists of a large living room, bedroom, a kitchen area with new fitted kitchen, a hallway and a new shower room. In 2018 the apartment was completely renovated, the furniture is largely new.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The living room is comfortably furnished with a double bed, a single bed, another closet, a flat screen TV, a radio, a 2-seater sofa with a coffee table and a dining table with 2 chairs and a stool. There is another closet in the hallway. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a vanity and a towel heater. The balcony is equipped with a table and two chairs.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and animals are not allowed.

The apartment house has a swimming pool with sauna. The term "wellness apartment" refers to these two facilities. In addition, no other "wellness" facilities are offered.

Washer and dryer are in the house. For loading and unloading there is a designated parking space available at the house. The cellar has a storage space for bicycles.

The apartment can be reached by wheelchair via the back entrance without steps. However, the house and the apartment is not handicapped accessible and wheelchair accessible and can not be described as barrier-free. It is more suitable for people who are still able to walk short distances and who like to live in the apartment without a wheelchair but want to move outside with a wheelchair.
