Private house with a high standard in a good location in Sardinia San Pantaleo

Two minutes from the village square of San Pantaleo and many small restaurants, our house defies a little withdrawn in the summer sometimes very lively village life. With three floors and as many bedrooms (all with ensuite bathrooms), plus a separate guest bathroom, the house offers space and space for up to 6 adults.
The coveted blue is less than 15 minutes away. Jeh after the beach is in a short time in the cool water.

For any questions or problems you have a friend of ours. She also takes care of the final cleaning (100 Euro) which is paid directly to her.

As a general rule, our house in San Pantaleo is not an ordinary holiday rental property, but rather our holiday home. It was rebuilt by a well-known architect on the Costa Smeralda and decorated by us as we would like it for us when we are in Sardinia.
You find everything (if not too much) what you need for comfortable living. So the kitchen is fully equipped - and many decorative items adorn the house.
So it is very important to us that as a "resident" you are careful with your home environment.
For example, you should smoke only in the open air (actually, you should leave smoking so completely ;-)), the sofa if possible not as a trampoline abuse the walls as possible with graffiti and leave "our" personal things, where we have them have deposited.

Final cleaning directly to person on site: 100 euros, max 4 persons and 130 euros for 6 people - for a longer stay (more than 7 days), in addition, the cleaning lady can be booked yourself - just ask.
