Things we loved. The location near downtown Fish Creek. The wooded setting with lots of pine trees, it was nice and lush in the winter. The layout of the house and the speakers in many of the rooms. The gas fireplace. We had a great time there.
We had a very relaxing week here. We loved the fireplace, the location and the well appointed kitchen. The sound system (speakers in many rooms from one amplifier) was a bonus for us, we loved it.
Great house and location. You can bike to Fish Creek and the park. But also only 15 min to Egg Harbor or Sister Bay. Couldn’t really use the fire lpit and outside table due to bugs.
Very clean!! Had just an issue with a beeping smoke alarm, and management responded quickly and so easy to work with. The location is great. Had a wonderful time.
We had a great family girls weekend. The location was perfect to see most of Door County. The house was a perfect size to make our own food and enjoy the evenings at the house! We made lots of great memories!
Overall had a great experience here. The house was roomy enough and laid out nicely so that for the party of 7 of us that stayed we didn’t feel like we were in each others way. Conveniently situated in a great location that made for easy access to most of Door County’s best shopping and attractions. Only two minor things kept us from giving our stay 5 stars:The fireplace wouldn’t light. Called the property management and they responded saying it might be the batteries on the remote were going dead. They sent housekeeping over to bring batteries, but housekeeping just left batteries on the bench outside the front door and nobody came to look at the fireplace. We replaced batteries but that did not fix the issue. The other thing was some of the guests used the jet bathtub and each said the water did not get very warm to fill up the tub and when they turned the jets on it cooled the water down even more. All in all though, the house was comfortable and enjoyable at a great location. Nice and quiet, and well furnished. Would absolutely stay here again.
The house was clean, the location was great. Our only complaint was the discomfort of the bedroom. The mattress sheet would not stay on the mattress, the top sheet wasn’t big enough to cover the mattress, so that kept coming off the bed as well. The blankets provided for us were too small for the bed, they were more the size of throw blankets rather than an actual blanket for the bed. We also would’ve preferred a larger bedroom TV, the TV was way too small for us to even see.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Needing to wash the towels and put them in the dryer before checking out is a ridiculous requirement. We had a 7 hour drive home, so having to get up an hour early just so we could wash your towels was completely inconvenient.
Great house and location. We loved the built in stereo system!! Well stocked kitchen. The only disappointing part was that there was a lot of dog hair on the main level.
Pros- location is great and near several other towns along door county peninsula, cozy fireplace and living room, plenty of space for everyone, ease with rental
Cons- after the first night, we didn’t realize we were sharing our rental with mice, the rodents ate through several of our bags of food on the counters and left droppings for us every morning, when we alerted the management company their only response was that it was a normal occurrence that time of year and that pest control would be contacted after we left. NOT happy with that at all. We did not enjoy sharing our rental with mice as they didn’t pay their share of the costs! ☹️
Great property, clean and well maintained. The house itself was well designed with lots of natural lighting and individual heating for each bedroom. Located on a quite private side street just minutes from downtown. A few minutes drive will take you to Fish Creek, Egg Harbor, Ephram or Sisters Bay.
We are a group of ladies that have rented from a co-worker who owned at North Haven for 15 years. Sadly he passed away this year. RIP Jim! We rented the home and loved it! Very clean & new! Perfect location! Would rent again.
