Communication with the host was excellent. The property was very close to the King and Queen shopping centers, restaurants, and A-Bay. It is a beautiful area with many amenities; we enjoyed the infinity pool. This place was well stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, and sand play toys for kids. We had a nice experience!

Fairway Villas is the premier place for us to stay. Walk to the beach, Kings and Queens shopping, Lava Lava Beach club for ocean view dining, just a few miles from 5 Star beaches, or stay right there at A Bay! Love the bbq areas and the hot tub after a day at the beach. Super relaxing and quiet. Perfect. Every. Time

K-22 was a perfect condo for our stay. We found everything we needed in cookware, beach chairs and towels and it was very clean and comfortable. There were lots of cooking spices and condiments left by previous tenants as well as sunscreen and shampoo, & conditioner. My only suggestion would be to have the instructions for a/c and TV and cleanup printed in a book in the unit so we didn’t have to find them on our phone to pull up.

Wonderful location

Great condo, large & well stocked with beach equipment.Close enough to beach & groceries that a vehicle is not required, unless you want to visit the rest of the island.

Wonderfull Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here with our 4 teenage grandkids. The amount of space was enough for us. The kitchen was sufficient for our cooking needs. The location was perfect and the view was awesome. My most favorite place to stay.

Beautiful home! Had everything we needed , (listening on point) having the beach gear made going to the beach so much easier. The location was perfect. Beautiful condo beautiful location!

We came here with our teen grandchildren, and teen daughter. It’s the best location because they can walk to the beach, the pool, they can walk to the two malls one that has Starbucks. Lots of place to eat and walking trails around with beautiful golf courses view. The whole area is beautifully landscaped. We saw turkeys, goats, Nanas, mongoose on the property and saw several turtles And whales from the beach. The whole community is like a resort and we felt very safe, letting our teams take takeoff on their own ! This is our favorite area to come when we come to the big island it’s beautiful!

Perfect Condo!!!

A lovely condo, situated on the 2nd floor overlooking the golf course and Kings shops pavilion. The condo itself is well appointed with everything you could need, with lovely linens etc as described. The bonus for us was the proximity to the beautiful infinity pool and all the beach gear you could need. The resort also has everything there right on your doorstep, should you need it. it is also beautifully maintained, and retains and air of calm and quiet even when busy. Communication was quick and easy, with lots of suggestions and ideas for our stay before we arrived. I would highly recommend this property and would have no hesitation in returning.

Simple and functional with excellent location

We've rented several properties in Waikoloa Resort over the years. Property furniture wasn't lavish but comfortable, which is not always the case. Because of quick turnarounds on properties, I've never found one that didn't have at least one issue. Carpet was older but vacuumed. Kitchen clean and had everything necessary and more.We had two issues. The front or "guest" bathroom floor had several long black hairs scattered on it, so I suspect it wasn't touched in the rush to get everything done. In the master bath each morning between 6:30 and 7am, there was a minor fountain of back flow out of the drain that left black debris specks in the bowl. We reported this and supposedly it was handled after we left after our 5-day stay. Other than that, everything seemed clean and worked well. We wouldn't have a problem renting again.

Thank you so much for the fantastic stay at your property. My family and I came for a conference at the Hilton. I thought it would be more fun to stay at the condo than at the hotel. I was very impressed with the location, as we had much better access to shops and groceries than those who stayed at the hotels. It was a short walk to the hotel before and after the conference. The location was amazing, close to everything including the beach. We did not rent a car and did not need to as we would walk to the beach in the morning and relax at the infinity pool in the afternoon. We were able to walk to get groceries every night before dinner. The host provided many games and toys for the family to enjoy during our stay. Coffee and other necessities were available to get us by until we were able to get to the shops. As for the condo, it was much bigger than I initially anticipated. The view is lovely and the balcony is large. The condo is located right beside the pool which is very convenient with children. The Villa's are also right beside a lava flow with a petroglyph field with well-preserved Hawaiian petroglyphs. Many of the petroglyph fields in this area reside on the King’s Trail located beside the Villa, a 175-mile trail corridor full of historic sites including Hawaiian fishponds and settlement ruins. Before our flight, the host sent a detailed explanation of how to get there and access the condo. We loved everything about the stay!

Excellent option for Big Island Visit

New owners' (2022) updates are evident, esp. linens, LR furniture, kitchen appliances. Owners provided specific suggestions for our agenda which were very helpful as we planned our brief visit. Fairway Oaks is very well maintained and lacking nothing. An updated lockbox to access the unit, a double-check of pool keys (which didn't work for us) and a few add'l items in the bathrooms (a box of Kleenex, a more substantial option for shower soap vs. one tiny bar, a washable bath math) would add to their upgrade of this unit. We would stay here again without hesitation.
