Luxury accommodations, discounted golf and beautiful sunsets year round.

Luxurious ground floor "no stair steps" villa with private lanai, large lawn area and wide open views of the golf course. Granite slab counters in the large, well-equipped kitchen. Living and dining areas have hardwood floors. Kitchen, entry and baths have tile floors. New entertainment center with a 55" 4K TV and many different board games. New sectional sofa and new mattresses in both bedrooms. We stock supplies for your whole stay, not just tiny amounts for the first few days. The lanai has dining for 6 plus a Viking grill and sink in the outdoor kitchen. The garage holds sand chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels, boogie boards, coolers, wagon, two Trek bicycles and two sets of golf clubs. Discounted green fees of $95 for 18 holes at the Beach 9, Lakes 9 and Kings 9 Courses just a short drive from the unit. Club rentals are $50 at the Pro Shop. It is a 15 minute walk to the pro shop, Mauna Grill & Bar restaurant and driving range. Only a 5 minute walk to all kinds of amenities including Starbucks, groceries, shopping, restaurants, farmer's market, movie theater and live entertainment. Luaus at the Hilton and Marriott with traditional foods, music and dances. From the hotels and A-Bay beach, it is a short walk back to your Hawaii Home with lush grounds that are extremely quiet and peaceful. Located at the end of the complex, but only a one minute walk to the delightful tropical lagoon pool and hot tub for a relaxing swim or catching up on that book you have been wanting to read and the fully equipped workout room. Or drive 10 minutes to the best white sand beaches on the island, Hapuna and Mauna Kea. Paradise found!

Beautiful condo, very clean, in a quiet, and friendly community. Loved the lanai. Shops are super close, you can walk to the beach, or a great restaurant. That being said, we found everything we could possibly need to make a great meal in the kitchen. They also have all the beach gear you need for adults, as well as kids!

A great location, near shops, pool, and beaches. The unit is quiet and well equipped, the best we’ve ever had, with comfy furnishings and beds that gave us the Aloha feeling. We’ve stayed in the complex in a similar unit, this unit would be our first choice next time! Responsive property management!

Very nice accommodation- close and walkable to all things in Waikola. Plenty of beach equipment, chairs, coolers, beach trolley, umbrella. Unit fully stocked with all one would need for the time there , no need to buy TP, paper towels etc its all there. Golf discount was the icing on the cake for us - golfed 3 rounds of 18 during our 17 day stay. Communication with host was timely. Looking forward to our next trip - Aloha and A hui ho

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo! The location is perfect, very peaceful and relaxing with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was spotless, maintained beautifully and equipped with many extras. Communication with Chris was excellent. She was responsive, friendly and helpful. We would happily recommend this condo.

Time on the Big Island

Wonderful Stay

Beautifully landscaped grounds, very nice pool and spa, condo was fantastic. We loved sitting on the back patio evenings and enjoying the Hawaiian breeze. Walking distance to shops, A-Bay beach and great golfing! Owners were very responsive when we had questions. We would stay here again for sure!

It was a very comfortable place, perfect location for golf and access to the beaches in the Waikoloa area. The property manager and site manager were lovely and very responsive. Great pool for the kids.

Another Amazing Stay

Chris and Stuart's condo is so comfortable, it feels like I'm at home when I'm there. It was our second visit and I'd highly recommend it based on comfort, quality and location. I can't wait to return!!

Aloha! We are from Portland, Oregon and love coming to tropical Hawaii. We hope to spend more time each year enjoying all the things that the Big Island and Waikoloa have to offer, like golfing, diving with the manta rays, whale watching, hiking the coastline, viewing the lava flow, snorkeling, going to all the different beaches and paddling with the Waikoloa Canoe Club.

Why they chose this property

Great design, comfortable interiors, lovely views, beautiful grounds, quiet and peaceful. Paradise. Great for golfers with a gold membership at the Kings Club.

What makes this property unique

We love so many things about the island, the villa and the location........ being close to the ocean where we can enjoy all the water activities or walking a few more minutes to a totally beautiful but frequently empty beach. Heaven! Your stay includes the ability to use our membership at the King's Club with discounted green fees ($85 for Beach Course), priority booking, and golf club rentals at $25 per set. The condo is a sweet blend of openness and cozy. We rarely have direct sun blazing in the unit so it stays cool, yet it has lots of natural light and interesting views. We usually have the windows open for breezes and to hear the tropical birds. We love being on the first floor for the wide open feel, lush blooming plants at our lanai and walking out on the grass, rather than being confined by a balcony. Also, we like not having to haul our gear and groceries up steps or wait for elevators. The outdoor kitchen is used frequently as we enjoy cooking with the fresh foods of the island and the indoor kitchen can easily accommodate 4 cooks. The garage stores all kinds of equipment and keeps our car cool. We love the sunsets, the privacy, peace and quiet. If you must work in paradise, sitting at the lanai table or desk in the Master BR is as good as it gets. Every time we are there, we love it more.
