My family had an incredible vacation staying at the Shores at Waikoloa. The unit was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable for our family of four. It was located in a very quiet area, and we hardly heard any noise during our stay. The twin beds in the second bedroom were perfect for our two children. We especially loved the lanai.It was a beautiful place to relax, listen to the sounds of Hawaii, enjoy our meals, and take in the amazing views. Having access to the Hilton pool was such a wonderful bonus. It was fun to explore the resort and spend time there—it definitely had a lively, energetic atmosphere. At the end of most days, though, our kids loved returning to the Shores pool for a quieter swim. We were often one of only a few families there, which made it especially relaxing. The location was perfect for families. There was great shopping nearby with everything we needed, and it was a convenient home base for exploring the island. The unit was also stocked with boogie boards, beach chairs, and an umbrella, which came in handy during our beach days. Everything about our stay was wonderful. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to provide a few basic cooking essentials such as salt and pepper, cooking oil, aluminum foil, and a few seasonings. We enjoy shopping at local grocery stores, so it wasn't a major issue, but having those basics available would have been a nice touch. Overall, this was an excellent rental and we would absolutely stay here again.
