Inside, the open-concept great room welcomes you with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and large glass doors that flood the space with natural light. Ceiling fans keep the atmosphere cool, while a dedicated workspace offers a quiet spot for planning island adventures or catching up on work.



Sleeping arrangements

The primary suite features a king bed, generous closet space, and access to a furnished balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets. The second bedroom offers twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request, providing flexible options for families or traveling companions. Each room includes bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets to ensure a restful stay.



Kitchen and dining

A fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and dining table. Cooking basics are provided, making it easy to prepare simple breakfasts or relaxed dinners at home before heading out for a stroll or beach day.



Bathrooms and laundry

Two full bathrooms offer clean tile finishes and essential toiletries. You’ll also find a washer and dryer, allowing you to refresh towels and clothing with ease during your stay.



Outdoor living

Step onto your private lanai for outdoor dining with golf course views, or head to the community areas where you can relax by the pool, enjoy the BBQ grill, or keep active in the gym. The setting combines convenience and comfort with the beauty of open green space and tropical breezes.

Your stay includes WiFi, TV, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and free parking on the premises. Beach essentials are provided, so you can pack light and spend more time exploring Waikoloa’s coastline.

Located within the Vistas complex at Waikoloa Beach Resort, you’ll be near the island’s best beaches, scenic trails, and local dining. Whether you spend your day swimming, golfing, or simply relaxing on the lanai, this condo offers an easygoing base for experiencing the best of the Big Island.

Getting Around:

Recommend rental car. The nearest swimmable beach is a public beach called Anaeho'omalu Bay and it is a 15 minute walk or 4 minute drive. There is some shade and there is a fee to use/park.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this property is not pet-friendly. We kindly ask all guests to respect our no-pet policy. If an unauthorized pet is discovered on the premises, a non-refundable $1,000 fee will be charged, and immediate removal of the animal will be required.



To help you settle in, we provide a starter pack of essentials. Once these items are used, guests are responsible for restocking as needed. The starter pack includes:
