Enjoyed the location … you had all the amenities we needed. We are so thankful you were able to adjust our stay last minute due flight cancellation issues. Would love to stay again. Quiet Community. Location perfect for travel to ball diamonds to watch our daughter play Softball!!! 🥎🥎 Sunshine is just what we needed.
We had an amazing time here. Cabin was great and had something for everyone in the family. The kids stayed in the game room. The views from the porch is amazing. Overall we had an amazing time. Look forward to staying here a third time
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It had everything we needed for a getaway with our group of friends and family. Cabin was clean and kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and basic appliances. The view was amazing to sit on the deck and have breakfast in the morning. Hosts were available with questions or concerns and had great communication. Would definitely book another stay in this cabin in the future.
We stayed here over Thanksgiving (for a second time) and just as with first time, it was great. The cabin is comfortable, relaxing, clean, comfortable beds, beautiful scenery, a great location close to stores, restaurants, shopping, so many beautiful hikes.
We had babies and toddlers with us and we all had the best time. Usually, vacationing with kids is not relaxing, but with all the fresh air and things to do, we really did have a relaxing and perfect stay. Can't recommend this cabin enough.
Be careful when driving up to the cabin though, the road is steep and winding. Scary for me (used to flat terrain) but the kids loved it, going up and down in the car.
Good hosts, nice property. Good communication. Location was convenient to a wedding we were attending. Deck overlooks a valley and opposing mountain ridge. Black Rock state park is a short drive away. Property is in good condition, deck was functional but shows age. Interior of property was nice and airy. High ceilings, comfortable amenities. Driveway is good but steep grade, narrow and curvy. Not a problem unless winter weather.
Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Good, Bad & Ugly
This is a very nice community. It's clean and quiet and everyone has been friendly. The pool is lovely. The buildings are well kept.
The unit we were in, 3402, is also nice in some ways, such as the layout and amount of space. The cleanliness in general is acceptable. But there are definitely some things that were totally unacceptable. Most of which fall into the category of being dated and worn, but some are just plain dirty, damaged and/or broken.
*The carpet does feel as though it is clean but it does not look like it. It's obviously very old, stretched out in places, and dirty and spotted in many areas.
*Nearly all the walls need a fresh coat of paint and there are areas that are scraped and chipped.
*The grate that covers the furnace filter is filthy.
*The water/ice cube tray on the refrigerator is corroded.
*The light under the microwave/over the stove does not work.
*There was mildew along the edge of the floor in the master shower, which continued to grow. No cleaning product provided.
*Both patio decks are filthy. They clearly have not been washed in a long time. The patio table and chairs were covered in a thick coat of yellow tree pollen when we arrived.
*Some of the furniture is damaged. The fabric seats of the dining room chairs are all discolored/stained.
All the furniture has scrapes and nicks, which would not even be noteworthy, were it not for the general condition of the entire place.

The condo was wonderful and we enjoyed the pool. Our only downside was that we like to go on daily walks, and the property was too small for that. If you want everything in a short, walkable distance, then it would be ideal.
The cabin was everything we hoped it would be. Large enough for 10 people, accommodations comfortable and clean and the amenities perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ping pong table and the pool table as well as family togetherness. The pictures on the listing don’t really do the house justice and show how nice the house is! Excellent location and well worth booking!
We had a Great stay. Property is very clean and well appointed. Hosts are very kind and easy to communicate with. This is our second stay at this property and we loved it!
The stay was great and our family enjoyed hanging out together. For me the best part was waking up to enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch swing while looking at the great mountain view.
Great cabin convenient to Lake Burton and Tallulah Gorge
Spent a long weekend here visiting Lake Burton, Tallulah Gorge and Clayton, GA. It's about 25 min from the lake, 20 min from Tallulah Gorge and 10-15 min from Clayton - which has several good restaurants to enjoy. It's a great cabin with a wonderful view. Also great to have the hot tub and pool table. Be aware that the drive up the hill to the property is quite steep/rough - so take a truck or SUV.
We had the best time ever. Beautiful cabin , everything you need is right there. I would definitely stay there again. The view was beautiful , everything is close enough as well. We ate at Dillard House, rode horses and did the white water rafting. Thanks for the memories we were able to make. 5 stars is not enough.
9 family members gathered from all over the country for a week in the mountains. The house is comfortable & well-appointed. We had porch time & hot tub relaxation. We laughed & talked & enjoyed family meals. The location is perfect! Lots of hikes & waterfalls & creeks nearby. Thanks so much for wonderful family memories!!
Our family gathered here for a preChristmas vacation. This was a great cabin for a large family gathering. The 3 large comfortable couches in the main room were so nice. Allowed everyone to watch the movies, including the cooks in the kitchen and those doing crafts on the large DR table.
We would have liked to use the gas fireplace, but understood this was not for rental use.
The back porch has a nice swing. Very peaceful place to watch the sun rise or set. It came across left to right and provided some great light and shadows to the mountain ranges.
The hot tub was loved by all. Very large and comfortable, and maintained the temp well. The game room was nice and large, though we mostly congregated in the large main room for cards and games.
The bedrooms were very nice with plenty of space comfortable beds.
Spoke with the owner only once prior to check in and he was quite nice and gracious. Felt i could have called him about anything, but thankfully there were no issues.
We highly recommend this cabin!
The pics for this cabin need to be updated! They don’t do it justice! Our whole family posted pictures on social media and were asked where this cabin is. My family and I rent cabins in different areas of the mountains a couple times a year. We were very happy with the Wiley’s home away from home. The Wiley’s are always so ready to answer any questions. The cabin is so well equipped. We had everything we needed to cook our big Thanksgiving dinner! Our family ranges from the 60’s, 40’s, 30’s, 20’s, teens and even a toddler, and all were very happy with the wonderful cabin. The 5 star rating is well deserved! We are huge Georgia Bulldog fans, so the great Dawgs decorations made it really feel like home! Go DAWGS!
The property is fabulous - we had 5 adults (1 couple and 3 singles) so we had plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms! The property was well supplied with needed necessities and very clean. The weather during our stay was awesome - cool but enjoyable.

About the host

My wife and I enjoy the mountains, our flower gardens and the relaxation that we get from going to the cabin! We also enjoy the antique shops, and fine dining at the many restaurants available.
Why they chose this property
The breathtaking view that we found at this location is all we needed to choose our cabin. There are lots of bedrooms, baths, and recreational areas within the cabin.
What makes this property unique
Our cabin is very private, with a view unlike any other. We enjoy watching a cool, crisp, 20 degree sunrise in our own hot tub, deck, or even from the comfort of the inside.
