Calm, calm, calm!
The cozy feel-good apartment is located in the rose garden, just outside Hamburg (approx. 25 minutes by car to Hamburg Central Station, approx. 1 hour by public transport). Rosengarten is a municipality in the district of Harburg and lies on the city limits of Hamburg. The district of Ehestorf is an exclusive residential area, which is characterized by large detached houses with even larger forest plots. As you can see on the aerial photo, the place is practically in the middle of the forest. Clean air, no through traffic and therefore peace, quiet, rest. The nearest supermarket is 2.5 km away.

Feel-good atmosphere!
We completely re-equipped the apartment in February 2018, except for the kitchen and bathroom. New beds, new TVs, new pictures, new accessories, new kitchen equipment and much more. We love the sea, the Elbe and the Port of Hamburg are only 20 minutes away by car, reasons enough to give our feel-good apartment a maritime flair. You will immediately feel comfortable and will be amazed by the ambience. It is a non-smoking apartment.

Private retreat
In the building there are two more residential units with long-term tenants. You reach the apartment, in the basement, through a separate entrance door, which is located next to the garage, in which the long-term tenants park. Your parking lot is located directly on the small street, as shown in one of the pictures. This ensures your privacy.
We also offer freshly made beds and towels. So book and the anticipation of your well-being apartment in the rose garden begins.

For rental periods of <2 weeks, the final cleaning is 50 euros. For rental periods over 2 weeks, we clean every 2 weeks for 50 euros per cleaning. Example rental period 6 weeks, 3 cleanings at 50 euros = 150 euros.
