At the Summit you have lots to do including work out room, Restaurant, Hot tubs, Heated Pool, Childrens Pool, Playground and so much more all while you enjoy a corner beachfront unit with wrap around balcony. Beautiful unit with amazing views from the corner balcony. Short drive to Pier Park, and tons of good restaurants within walking distance. 5mins away from Super Walmart for grocery shopping. Right across the street from the Slingshot & Vomatron (and a go-kart track). Definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful location and excellent views. Overall I would give our stay 4 stars, I took 1 star off because of the furniture, it’s very old, unclean and the couch was very uncomfortable with old cushions and pillows.

The place was nice but definitely want be back during spring break. Other than the immature people that comes for the break it was nice and I wouldn’t mind coming back outside of spring break

Great view. Plenty of space for the 7 of us to sleep. There was a broken drawer in one of the bathrooms but that didn’t hinder anything. The condo was cute and comfortable. I was just really disappointed in the cleanliness. There was beer bottle lids and random items under our beds along with tons of dust clusters and dirt/trash. The kitchen cabinets had large clumps of dust all over them to the point if you opened them too quickly it all fell onto the stove and counters. I had to contact the owner with a question and she responded promptly and seemed to be very friendly! Aside from cleanliness I was happy with our stay.

Great Beach Property

Great place to stay. Two pools, on the beach, and amenities like store, food and bar. Stay was great. The Murphy bed in the living room is much easier than a traditional sofa bed. This living had both. Plenty of space. Everything you need. I only needed to contact the property manager once for a trivial question and she was very quick to respond. Highly recommend!

What a great stay!

The room had everything you needed. The beds where super comfortable with great views. When we arrived there where a few issues with the room so i contacted the owner and she sent a handy man right over and he took care of everything that i showed him. I would recommend this room.to anyone

Perfect location

The condo was perfect. Right on the beach and with a beautiful view. There was five of us and there was more than plenty of space. We will definitely keep this place in mind next time we’re in Panama City.

Clean! Exactly as Described!

We loved our week in this condo! It had everything we needed and the view was gorgeous! The condo was clean…I mean, even the floors weren’t grimy or sandy at all. And the bedding smelled freshly laundered. Communication with owner/manager was great too!

Hello our family loves to stay at The Summit so we just purchased this property and know after were done with all the updates we are planning to make as we can imbetween guest and in the off season will be beautiful. We also have unit 1326 at the Summit which is great if you have two families going together.

There is so much to do at this property no need to leave.

What makes this property unique

Corner Unit and the Summit has it all there is a restaurant and bar on the property, among all of the other things to do here there is no need for you to have to leave for anything just arrive kick back and have a wonderful vacation.
