Your beach condo located on the twelvth floor has all the comforts of home and more. Enjoy the Tiki bar, watch TV or sit on the balcony taking in the salt air, enjoying the scenery and listening to music. The Summit is a gated complex with a 24-hour, private, security force. Entrance into the complex both from the street and the beach is tightly controlled.

We have owned this property for 18+ years and have made it our second home! We enjoy sharing it with others who will enjoy it as we do!! We are native Georgians and live in North Atlanta. We've been going to Panama City Beach since childhood and therefore decided to purchase a property there so we can go as often as we can!! Thank you for your interest!!!
Why they chose this property
We LOVE the beach and had to have an ocean view property! We enjoy sipping coffee from our sofa or the balcony and looking at that beautiful ocean that God created !!! We especially enjoy the sunsets from our balcony!!!
