Balcony access is not guaranteed due to the ongoing balcony renovation project. Guests who require balcony access must inquire prior to booking. No refunds or compensation will be issued if the balcony is inaccessible during the reservation period or for any noise related to the renovation project.



Amenities Update: The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool. Please note these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance.

This spacious unit features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with two king-size beds, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a sleeper sofa in the common area, accommodating up to ten guests. IMPORTANT:

Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fines and possible ejection.

The location is fantastic. The decor and furnishings were all great. However the condo itself needs some updating. There needs to be some oven mitts in the kitchen and more knives. Overall I would definitely stay in this condo again.

We stayed 4 nights, four 19 year old girls, one 13 year old boy and my husband. Lots of room, everything was perfect. There is another unit with construction happening a couple doors down and noise was an issue a few times late in the afternoon (between 3-5pm) but other than that - it was quiet. The hotel has ice machines you can purchase bags of ice for your coolers before going to the beach- right by the pool. Very convenient. Renting additional beach chairs was also super easy. The condo comes w some chairs and beach toys in the closet. Great price for the massive amount of space. It’s a little dated but everything is in working order and comfortable. Will stay again!
