La Perla - Bungalowanlage DIRECTLY by the sea

This private, charming complex in which the bungalow is located on a rock overlooking the sea. Away from the hustle and bustle of pubs and shopping malls you can relax on the property - in the first row - (no road and no road between the sea and the property - we are on the sea!) with tropical garden (Bougainvillea, palm trees, hibiscus, cactus, etc.) with the sound of the sea, but without car noise, very well recover.
In the kitchen (stove-4 plates, coffee press, kettle, fridge, etc.) you can prepare (with sea view) the food and also the meal, with pleasure, take.
In the living area we offer a TV with German channels (receiver for satellite, over 100 channels).
There is a free safe.
The terrace with sea views offers you two sun loungers with cushions, 3-4 chairs, table, umbrella and tumble dryer.
A tropical plant bed borders the garden area.
Washer and dryer with coins that you can buy in the reception.
Wi-Fi internet for a fee.

The bungalow itself is a non-smoking bungalow, smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Regulars have come year after year for over 20 years.

Great place with amazing terrace view

The place is great with a million dollars terrace view. Location is superb. Some problems with parking if you get there late at night.

Fantastic view

You couldn’t beat the terrace and it’s fantastic view. The bungalow was clean and well equipped. Air conditioning needed as was very uncomfortable sleeping. Easily accessible supermarket and local beach. The bungalow is situated outside the main town of Maspolomas but with our rented car we were able to explore the island.

Überwältigend

Als Hotelgänger haben wir zum ersten Mal eine Ferienwohnung ausprobiert und waren total begeistert. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute daheim gefühlt. Alles war sauber und geräumig. Unsere Erwartungen wurden allemal übertroffen. Der Weg zum Strand war nicht weit, der Pool sozusagen direkt vor der Türe. Wir waren ausschließlich mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel unterwegs und brauchten irgendwann keinen Plan mehr, weil ständig ein Bus fuhr. Katharina an der Rezeption sprach deutsch, was von Vorteil war. Es war schlichtweg ein wahr gewordener Traum in La Perla 3. Wir kommen wieder!!! DANKE an alle, die uns so einen schönen Urlaub ermöglicht haben :-)

Oase der Ruhe mit Meerblick

Uns hat es im La Perla sehr gut gefallen und wir würden gern wiederkommen. Die Anlage liegt an einer Klippe mit herrlichenm Blick auf das Meer. Für uns Zwei hat der Bungalow gut gepasst. Die Anlage ist ruhig gelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Ziel. Von uns eine 100% Weiterempfehlung. Wir bedanken uns für den schönen Urlaub.

Bungalow mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und entspannten Urlaub. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Auch der Pool war klasse. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit einem Kind (6 Jahre). Der Platz hat super gereicht. Es wurde noch ein Zusatzbett zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Vermieterin ist super aufmerksam. Der Bungalow war super sauber. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Perfekt

Die Wohnung war gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der hervorragende Blick von der Terrasse direkt aufs Meer war nicht zu toppen. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Khan war sehr nett und Antworten erfolgten umgehend. Es war alles wie in der Beschreibung der Wohnung vorzufinden und die Anreise/Abreise hat alles perfekt funktioniert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub daher sehr genossen. Wir können „La Perla“ auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke für den tollen Urlaub. Attraktiver Bungalow

Sehr schöner Bungalow in toller Lage mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Der Bungalow befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage von weiteren Bungalows und einem Pool. Es war alles Spitze!!!
