La Perla - Bungalowanlage DIRECTLY by the sea

This private, charming complex in which the bungalow is located on a rock overlooking the sea. Away from the hustle and bustle of pubs and shopping malls you can relax on the property - in the first row - (no road and no road between the sea and the property - we are on the sea!) with tropical garden (Bougainvillea, palm trees, hibiscus, cactus, etc.) with the sound of the sea, but without car noise, very well recover.
In the kitchen (stove-4 plates, coffee press, kettle, fridge, etc.) you can prepare (with sea view) the food and also the meal, with pleasure, take.
In the living area we offer a TV with German channels (receiver for satellite, over 100 channels).
There is a free safe.
The terrace with sea views offers you two sun loungers with cushions, 3-4 chairs, table, umbrella and tumble dryer.
A tropical plant bed borders the garden area.
Washer and dryer with coins that you can buy in the reception.
Wi-Fi internet for a fee.

The bungalow itself is a non-smoking bungalow, smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Regulars have come year after year for over 20 years.

Very nice bungalow with excellent sea view

Very pleasant stay in this well equipped bungalow. The nearby beach was exactly what we like and very calm. The area around is not so well equipped with restaurants or shops, but if you have a car, no problem. Then the problem is only to find parking.🙄. Can recommend this perl to anyone. Helle and lars

Séjour magnifique

Le séjour a très bien été. L'arrivée s'est fait sans problème. Il a été facile de trouver l'endroit. La localisation était parfaite selon nous. Nous étions à environ 10 min de voiture de Maspalomas, mais la tranquillité des environs valait cette petite distance. L'appartement était très bien, et la VUE! Juste WOW. En somme, je recommande vivement La Perla!
