Beautiful newly renovated apartment in a quiet location. You can enjoy the evening sun on the terrace and enjoy the splashing of water in the adjoining pond. On cooler days, sit in the conservatory and let the day fade away.
The Chiemsee is only 5 minutes by car and the Alps can be reached in just 20 minutes.
The apartment is equipped with an open spacious kitchen with dining room.
Furthermore, with a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
A beautiful large living room with tiled stove and adjoining conservatory with unobstructed open view.
The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe with chest of drawers.
In addition, there is also a small cozy "nursery" with a large bed and wardrobe.

Quiet, relaxing and comfortable stay

My elderly mother and I stayed for 10 nights in cold temperatures. We loved the easy access, not stairs, to the property, parking right outside of the apartment and the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment.The beds were (for our taste) extremely comfortable, the bathroom has floor heating, kitchen has everything we needed to cook almost every night.The temperature in the whole apartment was comfortable and we used the old wood oven/stove for ambience only on three nights. It was lovely.For our purposes, the location was extremely handy. A short drive to Prien and the Chiemsee, Rosenheim and just going for a drive around the beautiful area.Living in a large city myself, I loved the quiet and peaceful surrounding.We will certainly be back!! Thank you to the host who responded quickly to enquiries and requests and made us feel welcome.

Wohnung schön, Sauberkeit eine Total-Katastrophe

Wohnung war sehr schön, ruhige Lage, aber Sauberkeit unter aller Sau. Ich kann nicht verstehen, wie man solch eine Wohnung mit reinem Gewissen in solch einem Zustand übergeben kann.Mussten bei Ankunft erst mal selbst eine halbe Stunde Grundreinigung machen. Überall Spinnweben, inklusive Spinnen und Silberfischchen,überall fremde Haare, auch in Bett und Bad, selbst der Kühlschrank hat innen wie außen geklebt.

Von sehr gut bis einfach

Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr gut. Die Größe des Objektes ist auch sehr gut. Die Bilder geben allerdings nicht alles so her wie es scheint. Küche, Schlafzimmer und Esszimmer sind gut. Das Wohnzimmer ist nicht mehr so ausgestattet wie auf dem Foto gezeigt. Es gibt keine Grünpflanzen. Auch sind keine 2 Sofas mehr vorhanden, dafür ein graues Sofa mit Liegeplatz, das allerdings schon große Flecken hat. Der Tisch ist auch nicht mehr derselbe wie auf dem Foto . Das alles sieht schon recht verwohnt aus und nicht mehr gemütlich. Das Patio oder Wintergarten wirkt mehr wie ein Abstellraum. Die Fenster sind nicht mehr aufschiebbar , dafür wurden Rollos angebracht, die man aber schlecht runterziehen kann, da man oben nicht ankommt. An einem Rollo wurde der Rest eines Geschenkbandes angebunden um es runter zu ziehen . Die Terrasse gibt auch nicht mehr viel her, die Markise ist stark eingerissen. Der Sonnenschirm würde bei mir im Müll landen und den Grill würde ich gleich hinterher werfen. An der Terrasse befindet sich eine Holzwand , die kurz vor dem umkippen ist. Alles in allen müsste an diesen Objekt so einiges gemacht werden und es sieht doch vieles sehr verwohnt aus . Für mich hat dieses Objekt keine 9,8 Punkte verdient sondern höchstens 5 . Anzumerken ist noch, dass man im Schlafzimmer die in einem Nebenraum befindliche Wasseruhr hört, wenn sie läuft . Warmwasserzulauf dauert sehr lange, wir wurden erst nach Anfrage darauf hingewiesen.

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Als die Heizung einmal nicht funktionierte, ist sie sofort mit Holz gekommen und hat den Kachelofen angemacht, der dann eine wohlige Wärme verströmte.

Leuke tussenstop

Ideaal gelegen voor een leuke tussenstop te maken en de Chiemsee te verkennen. Niet ver van de autosnelweg. Heel ruim en proper appartement (glvlrs) waar alles aanwezig is. Heel vriendelijk ontvangen. In het dorpje/wijk is niets buiten alleen de natuur. Voor de winkels en restaurants moet je naar het dorpje verderop. Dit is 5min met de auto.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in wunderbarer, ruhiger Lage

Wir waren drei Wochen in dieser schönen Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet auch sehr viel Stauraum für das eigene Gepäck. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und völlig unkompliziert.

Wunderschön und ruhig auf der Höhe zwischen den Seen.

Schöne Lage, großzügige Wohnung, überdachter Umgang (Wintergarten), wenn es auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Kampenwand noch etwas kühl sein sollte. Die Küche ist ein echtes Hilight, super eingerichtet und ausgestattet Sehr freundliche Vermieter im Haus nebenan.
