Overall great spot. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Kitchen could use a few more items (bowls, glass measuring cups, silverware not meant for Vikings) but it was perfect location for our visit to OU

Great Spot in South Eugene

This place fit all of our needs. We needed a cozy place to stay while visiting family. We loved walking to Amazon Park and the location was super close to everything we needed. My husband and I grew up in Eugene and this was a fantastic spot to visit and reminisce about our time there.

Nice house with a BIG patio

This is a nice house in a quiet residential neighborhood close to restaurants, parks, a public swimming pool, grocery stores and the University of Oregon campus. The patio is really impressive and a great place to hang out out of doors.

Weekend at the Moxie!

We celebrated our son’s 21st for the weekend during our stay in Eugene. The Moxie Kincaid was so beautiful and a great landing place for us amidst wine tasting, football game and fun. Will definitely be back. Thank you Gabby and Shelly for everything.

The Best Stay!!

Sorry for the late review, but the craziness of the holidays came up right after our stay. We had the best time at the Moxie Kincaid House! Everything was perfect: the open floor plan, the well stocked kitchen, the cozy bedrooms and the wonderful backyard. And the neighborhood is great! Perfect location for any U of O event. Couldn't ask for a better stay! Thanks again for everything!

Wonderful & comfortable!

Very comfortable and well-appointed home away from home in Eugene! Every detail has been thought of in this home from a pantry well-stocked with all the basics (and then some) including some wonderful fresh/specialty coffee to multi-device chargers on the nightstands! Very comfortable king beds w/nice linens, too. Backyard was terrific since the weather was on our side for Parents Weekend; we enjoyed the firepit, covered seating area when sprinkles arrived and the corn hole too! Overall: 10/10, highly recommend and would def stay here again!

Lovely Home & Neighborhood

We were in town to visit our daughter and celebrate her birthday. I wanted a place that could house the whole family comfortably & had ample, nice outdoor space. This place was perfect! Plenty of supplies as well, we didn’t run out of any staples such as coffee, tp & paper towels. It’s frustrating when you have to go out and purchase those items. Also plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen had all of the necessary items. Located in a cute, older neighborhood, Quiet with plenty of street parking. Close to downtown, quick and easy to travel just about anywhere. We will definitely be back if the hosts will have us!
