Northstar is a warm family home with everything you need to build many memories.

Our location at Rowley’s Bay is amazing because you are nestled right in all the natural beauty Door County has to offer but at the same time, conveniently just a short drive to downtown Sister Bay (10ish mins) and Ellison Bay (5 mins) where you’ll find restaurants, shopping, and much fun to be had.

For boaters, there’s a public marina just steps away at Rowley’s Bay Resort where you’ll also find Grandma’s Swedish Bakery and a seasonal pub. For adventure lovers, the opportunities abound. Hike on one of the nearby trails, spend time checking out the high ropes course, or even rent a Segway from Off-Road Adventures, a short walk away.

The home itself features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 2 kitchens on two floors of living space. So, Northstar is perfect for family reunions or large groups. We’ve stocked the house with lots of games, books, and puzzles for rainy days. Make sure you don’t forget to do some marshmallow roasting and stargazing by the firepit.

Property exceeded expectations for our get together. It had plenty of room for 8 adults, lots of amenities(games, fire pit, TV, WiFi, etc) and was clean and comfortable. We all camped in younger days( NIU Outdoor Club 1970's) but age makes a soft bed and comfortable couch/chairs so appreciated. Thank You Host!!! PS - Had some trouble getting into lock box to access key. Might have been just us, but you might want to check this.

Lots of Laughs

We had a small group of women on our annual trip and this house was perfect for our size and needs! Lots of bathrooms and spaces for each of us to find privacy or quite time if needed and ample space to just hang out and make memories! We would definitely rent again!

Quiet & Spacious

This is the perfect vantage point to explore the Ellison Bay and Washington Island areas, while also having easy access to Sister Bay and Fish Creek. This is our first stay and we'll certainly rent here again. The property is very spacious, offering enough room to easily spread out, and quiet. Thank you.
