We offer a stocked food pantry & garden fresh veggies, full kitchen, and outdoor grilling deck for you to prepare and cook meals if desired. Each room has a 42" TV and air-conditioning, guests can watch a movie in the living room or outback screen enclosed deck to watch tv, too! Also, the home is centrally located in the Tri-County area so travels save on gas to commute to Charleston, the Beaches, and Low-Country events. Parents can stay overnight while their students move into dorms, graduate, or attend college visits, giving them more time to settle in stress-free and celebrate with family privately. This is a nice quiet neighborhood to sleep over if need an affordable getaway! You can request local transportation rental via (Turo.com) and arrange delivery right to our driveway or airport pick-up.

Online photos and description do not do this property Justice

I had a wonderful stay at this property and would definitely recommend it to others. The pictures online do not do this property the Justice it deserves. The home is cozy and the fireplaces in the living room and bedrooms were a pleasant surprise!! It has great amenities and is very clean. The property is located only minutes away from downtown Summerville. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very nice and answered all my questions promptly. Check in and check out our a breeze. The only reason it did not receive all five stars is because I had a little challenge with maneuvering my knee walker down the hallways, up the front steps and into the bathrooms.

Hot water and train

Property was. DIY not finished in spots. Had issues with hot water, system too small. Had to run the water for 15 min to get luke warm water. Owner offered to have plumber come but this was at christmas so we just dealt with it. Train is right behind the house and runs all night long.
