Step into our charming farmhouse cottage and discover a spacious living room, thoughtfully designed with a daybed that effortlessly transforms into two twin beds, perfect for bringing along your little ones or accommodating an extra guest. Retreat to the private bedroom just down the hall, featuring a luxurious king-size bed with a coil-wrapped spring core and a gel-infused mattress, nestled on a stunning nailhead charcoal blue linen frame. Whether you're in the mood for a relaxing show or a movie night, enjoy the view on our LED Smart TVs (50 inches in the living room, 32 inches in the bedroom). The bathroom offers a lavish walk-in shower, plush towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and a laundry station with a stackable washer/dryer set. Gather around the large farmhouse-inspired dining table for delightful meals

Guest Access
Enjoy the exclusive use of the entire cottage during your stay. Additionally, guests are welcome to explore and relax in the various charming sitting areas scattered throughout the property. Unwind and soak up the atmosphere while making use of our shared charcoal grill area. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities!

Cameras:
Please note to ensure all guests have a peaceful, safe, and secure stay, we have added security cameras located on the exterior of the home. The devices are located on the four corners of our property and monitor the exterior activities of the home, including the driveway and all walkways.

Pets:
We welcome your furry companions and are open to accommodating one small dog (maximum weight of 25 lbs) for your stay. If you plan to bring your beloved pet along, kindly submit a booking request along with the following details as outlined below. Please note that our Pet Rules, as outlined in the House Rules section of this listing, will also apply to your stay. The information below must be provided prior to us approving your furry friend.

- Breed (including any mix),
- Age and weight of your pet,
- Confirmation of whether your pet is housebroken and crate trained,
- Verification that your pet is up to date on vaccinations. A copy of your pet's shot record is required for booking.

By booking, you agree to adhere to the following pet rules:
- A non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be applicable. If we can accommodate your pet, I will send a separate payment request for this fee.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any pet, and we will notify you of our decision within 24 hours of your booking. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Summerville is “at the heart of it all” as the ideal & central location of the Lowcountry. Summerville sits in the center between downtown Charleston and our historic plantations as well as many local beaches. We are located 22 miles from downtown Charleston and 33 miles from the nearest beach. The Charleston Airport is 12 miles from our listing.

Are your rates negotiable?
Unfortunately, no. You can't put a price on great memories! We extend a 10% discount on all stays 7+ nights or more and a 15% discount on stays 28+ days or more. The discount will automatically be applied at the checkout screen.

I work remotely, is there wifi?
Yes, we provide wifi in all of our listings. We have hosted several remote workers over the years and have not had a report of weak wifi.

Is there anywhere to store luggage before check in or after check out in case I’m not able to check in early or check out late?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept and hold luggage for guests.

How do I check in?
We have electronic locks at our listings. Guests will be provided with their unique access code on the morning of their arrival.

Third-Party Bookings: Guests booking on behalf of another guest staying on the property are solely responsible for any damages to the space. All guest names (First and last) must be included on the reservation. The booking party is responsible for sharing all house rules and access information with the staying guest.
