Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please be sure to remove all trash including any large boxes (pizza boxes, beer boxes, etc.) and throw it out in the trash cans next to the parking lot.
Please be sure to turn off any lights, fans, etc. and also turn off the AC/heating units in the living room and bedroom.
Please also make sure to return the parking pass to the kitchen table before checking out!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
