100% sea view in front of the door
The Baltic Sea beach is only about 20 m away. The center of the exclusive Scharbeutz is about 1.3 km away and can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot via the beautiful promenade.

Seasonal beach chair included (May 15th-15th)
On the opposite, fine sandy Haffkruger Ostseestrand you can use a beach chair free of charge during the beach chair season from May 15th to September 15th (beach section no. 34).

1 room with comfortable couch with sleeping function, living / dining area and kitchen offers space for 2 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the dining table you can wonderfully watch the sea. There is also a comfortable couch in the living area with a sleeping function (1.60 cm wide) for 2 people. The bathroom with shower and toilet has recently been extensively renovated and shines in new splendor.

Entertainment in the evening: A large LED flat screen TV with cable connection invites to exciting movie evenings. W-Lan access and a stereo system with radio / CD function are also part of the entertainment.

Eine Auszeit über das Wochenende

Lage der Ferienwohnung war traumhaft. Man wachte morgens auf, schaute aus dem Fenster und hatte Blick aufs weite Meer. Der Austausch mit der Agentur war super! Total nett und sehr kompetent. Kleine Mankos waren zum einen das W-Lan in der Wohnung. Dies war über das ganze Wochenende gar nicht vorhanden. Zum anderen hätte unter dem Sofa/ Bett der Staub entfernt werden können. Des Weiteren war das Bad nicht zu 100% sauber, dies war aber noch in Ordnung. Alles in Allem war es ein tolles Wochenende und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Jolle im Haus Duckalben - Zum Regenerieren ideal

Diese Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal ausgestattet. Eine Bettcouch, geeignet zum lesen, Musik hören oder fern sehen ebenso für einen erholsamen Schlaf bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Möglichkeiten die Kofferinhalte aufgeräumt zu verstauen sind genügend vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit Geräten und Utensilien ausreichend ausgestattet um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Einkäufe können in einem Rewe-Markt ca 1000m um die Ecke erledigt werden. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten sich in Restaurants, Kaffees oder Imbisse zu verpflegen. Die Höhepunkte sind: - Blick vom Esstisch durch das Fenster direkt auf die Ostsee - Der Sonnenauf- und Untergang am Horizont durch das Fenster - Der Strandkorb #26 direkt über der Straße am Strand - Der Strand selbst mit feinem weißen Sand erstreckt sich zur linken Seite ca. 1km und zur rechten Seite ca. 2km (den läuft man dann bei jedem Wetter morgens vor dem Frühstück barfuß durch das niedrige Wasser). Diese Wohnung kann ich nur empfehlen.
